Been going to this particular location for over 17 years, watched the decline of the portions. Watched them go from paper menus to digital with the price is changing. Nothing really seemed to off put me but the other day the woman with the red streak in her hair was extremely rude. I will never be going to this location ever again

I normally go to this location every week or at least every other week, and I’ve had great experiences pretty much every time. But the last time I went, I had a bad experience that felt a bit discriminatory towards me. I was at the drive thru and the lady could not hear me due to me not being able to speak loudly since I am hard of hearing (partial deafness). When I went up to the window to correct my order, she rolled her eyes and shut it in my face. I understand she probably did not realize my disability, but I’ve been coming here regularly and it feels upsetting to receive poor customer service, especially when it involves being (unintentionally, perhaps) ableist. I don’t have anything negative to say about the food, but I felt sort of discriminated against and wish this location would be more understanding of differences in ability. I think it will likely be my last visit to this location, as I cannot guarantee I am welcome here.

Nothing wrong with the service they were great. HOWEVER the food was not good. I got a torta that was hella dry, bread was falling apart. It didn’t have lettuce or jalapeños like a classic torta the frys were mid. I also ordered 2 burritos with beans and rice. The tortilla literally was puffy like if it was from tacobell.

Absolutely disgusting and a waste of money.
I always love breakfast burritos. But never again from here. I totally understand, a small stray egg shell every once in a while will happen when you order eggs all of the time is understandable. But not one burrito full of egg shells in EVERY SINGLE bite of nasty crunchy white egg shell is acceptable. From the first bite, EGG SHELLS. I thought okay, I’ll try another bite as I just spent my money on this food. ANOTHER BITE OF EGG SHELL. It took me 5 -(FIVE) bites of egg shells IN EVERY SINGLE BITE to finally give up. I hate wasting food but I also don’t want to risk my life and my stomach.
Disgusting. Dangerous food hazard. Not sure how the health inspector hasn’t closed this place down.

Got 2 chimichangas for 13 bucks each came to almost 30 bucks. One was supposed to be shredded chicken it was more like grilled chunks with tons of refried beans and the green chili was more refried beans then chili. I was really disappointed. Need to find a good decent chimichanga place ☹️ not coming back here. I was a bit sus when it was dead during lunch hour. Should of listen to my instincts . The drive thru girl was nice though.

I recently picked up a shrimp burrito with fajita veggies from Filiberto’s Mexican Food through their fast drive-thru. The service was quick, and the staff was friendly and efficient. The food was great, and I was pleased with both the quality and the experience. Additionally, the horchata was fresh and delicious, adding the perfect touch to an already excellent meal. Highly recommended for anyone craving delicious Mexican food with excellent service and a speedy drive-thru experience.

I found hair in my food and they refused to give me a refund or a discount for next time. I’m never coming back to this location again. All they said is that the owner is gonna call me. Their customer service sucks.
