I went through the drive-through earlier and ordered a McChicken meal deal. At the first window, the employee had asked me if I ordered the spicy. I politely told her no, and she adjusted my order. After picking up my food and going home, I opened my sandwich to find it is in fact a spicy McChicken. I do not have an issue with the spicy sandwich, but it is frustrating that after getting it clarified and corrected it was still wrong. EDIT: just went back since this post was made and this time I was missing my nugget sauce again. I can’t tell you the last time I ordered something here and everything was as advertised. Employees were quite nice.

Went through the drive through. Spent about $17 dollars. Ordered a milkshake(chocolate) for the first time in a long time. The milkshake tasted way off and looked more vanilla than chocolate. It tasted like it had been sitting there for hours without being cold. Aftertaste is terrible. Other than that rest of the order was good. Probably the machine but definitely should be checked.

So the service was okay. People seemed nice as well. I have two problems with this establishment. First of all I brought my family and was expecting an inviting atmosphere. Instead I had to endure the most awkward and scary meal of my life. A young man decided to sit next to us and stare at me and my family disturbingly. He asked us if we study at the library multiple times and even called my youngest child unemployable due to their dream of being an astronaut. This to say the least was unacceptable and an employee should’ve stepped in. And got a regular when I ordered a sweet tea. Third time this has happened.

I ordered only two things, a double cheeseburger and a diet Coke. Diet Coke was good as always but the sandwich was horrible. It was lukewarm and tasted as if it was at least an hour old .
I’ve also stopped ordering french fries at this location because they’re almost always cold and if they’re hot they still aren’t crispy. I think they need to increase the temperature on their deep fryer.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Went with some friends expecting to dine in and eat. Unfortunately the dining area was locked, there was a sign posted that for “staffing issues” the lobby is closed. They don’t even keep the dining clean let alone have staff in there so I don’t see why they even bothered to lock it. Very frustrating, they lost a customer.

Management needs to be reviewed! In my three visits the food was luke warm. The buns are hard and old. There preparation looks like a two year old put it together. What happened to taking pride in your job.and what happened to customer service? Corporate has no issues raising prices. And they have shown they will hire anyone off the streets to serve there food. I will not be back to any McDonald’s anytime soon. There are plenty of fast food chains that take pride in serving great food and service. Obviously McDonald’s has lost that!!

October 16th, 1:15 AM, I was ordering through a drive-thru, and it took me two minutes to get the coupon code from my app due to network issues. During the order, I noticed that the cashier was very impatient, and her attitude was rude.
The real disaster happened when I got my food.
When I was halfway done with my fries, I felt something under the fries. There was chewed gum, wrapped in a dirty, blue, gum wrapper inside my french fries. The Gum wrapper was covered in some dusty, powdery residue of some sort, and it made me throw away the food immediately. Realizing that I ate fries that were touched by someone’s chewed gum made me gag and almost throw up.
I have documented detailed evidence and photos and will take legal action for this offensive misbehavior. I feel highly disrespected and offended. I will be requesting the surveillance camera footage of the kitchen to check if this was an intentional crime by the upset cashier who had to wait during my order. Suppose your company does not show us the footage or prove that this incident was not intentional. In that case, I will execute serious legal actions with my lawyer and report this to the news and social media.
