Me and my family had a late lunch here today. We got our drink and apps no issues. It took a little longer than normal to get our food. But we were ok with it as they were a bit busy. When we got our main dish my food had a hair in it. They said they would make another and they did. We had it to go.. we got home and after getting the kids all settled. I went to eat the food from them that they gave us to go.. bam in the rice a hair. I’m not sure if the kitchen was having a bad day or what. But I was so very disappointed. Even with the hair in my original food we still left a 20$ tip for us and two kids. Honestly I won’t go back..

My husband and I decided to go eat after the movies to celebrate Valentines Day. We were seated quickly the only thing that was good. I asked for a chocolate martini, the server stated ” we don’t make those here”
Then we decided what we were going to eat, being Valentines Day the menu was limited. So I ordered the burger, it was way over seasoned, I could hardly taste the meat. My husband ordered the steak, his was ok with the flavor and how it was cooked. His mashed potatoes however were ice cold. The server never asked if we wanted dessert. He never thanked us for coming in.
I then decided to file a complaint the manager called (female) and she stated to make it right she would refund us. That has not happened. February 27th we called back this time it was a male manager, he stated he would call me back within 10 minutes. That never happened. I can say without a doubt will never go back to that place.

Tonight I visited this location with my husband and my autistic 9 year old. It was a busy night so there was a 10 minute wait which was fine. We get seated and our waitresses name was Ashley. I really enjoyed her positive energy and how no matter how much my autistic son was talking to her she never once ignored him. She definitely made his and my experience much more enjoyable.

Went to have an early dinner with my family and have never been more disappointed..our chicken wonton tacos had the filling simply spilled onto the plate, barely making it into the taco shells and the sauce on the boneless wings had already started to thicken from being cold.
We then waited for over an hour watching others who had came after us being served with our waiter no where to be seen.
When we were finally about to return to the hostess to assist with getting our check because our 6 year old had started crying asking if her food were ever coming, the waited appeared with the mac n cheese and fries.
When my sizzling chicken and shrimp slid onto the table completely sizzle free with the black plate wiped clean of the onion and mushrooms that were clearly present at some point, I immediately knew our food had been abandoned on the warmer in the kitchen.
EVERYTHING was old and cold
I immediately pointed this out to the waiter who responded he could have everything reheated and I about lost it..our 6 year old had already dove into her hardened half cheese filled stick so I said we couldn’t possibly wait or have the dinner anymore dehydrated than it was already and returned my chicken and shrimp to him.
Ultimately we took her meal for the road and left, hungry and disappointed..worst $70 ever spent

We had high hopes giving Applebees another chance, not having gone there in years. It was a huge let down. Waited almost 2 hours for a 3 top dinner. Everyone around us was getting food. $21 8 ounce steak looked like it was done and sitting for over 40 minutes before it came out, looked more like a tenderized piece of shoe leather. Chicken wrap came out originally with no chicken on it. Had to be made again only to come out with maybe 5 pieces of canned chunk chicken. Kids pizza looked like a frozen microwave pizza. Overall bad. The waitress (bartender) was super nice about it and service from the waitstaff was good. Not sure what’s going on in the kitchen though. A chicken wrap (without chicken?), a questionable fatty “steak”, and a microwaveable frozen pizza shouldn’t take 2 hours. Many other options in Auburn, take a ride up Center St. and go somewhere else, you’ll be glad you did.

Very sad when a manager talk very condescending to you like she doing you a favor by adjusting the check to the advertised price. I order the bacon cheese burger with endless fries and drink. I was charge for extra fries and lemonade because they no longer offer endless fries. And only soft drinks not lemonade. I referred to the advertised on the table and was told that they not longer offer this. Because it not in the system check photos

This place has severely gone down. The mozzarella sticks and boneless wings were actually good! The service was actually bad. Went last night, sat in a booth, blonde server with glasses. Just dropped our food off and never saw her again, saw her go buss our table after we left and paid on the kiosk. This was during a slow time, the entire section was cleared. White queso was ice cold, paid extra for waffles fries and got FOUR. Honestly we were laughing at how bad it was. Probably would’ve been less bad if our server actually checked on us one time

Big group complaining that their food was taking a long time to come out, over an hour. Then spoke of review bombing, I hope you all know how absolutely ignorant and embarrassing you all sound. Get a life, and grow up, they handled it great (the AppleBees staff, not the adults). Good job Applebees; that group, learn to cook for your kids if you want hot food, I hope you see this.

We had what I would describe as a very average Applebee’s dining experience. The Mac ‘n’ Cheese was not good, very flavorless and the cheese sauce was almost watery. The wings and the quesadilla we got were both good. The service was very minimal, but the food and drink was brought out in a very timely manner.
