The food was horrible. I ordered 2 meals. The catfish isn’t catfish and wasn’t seasoned or fried well. It was soft and just nasty. The yams were disappointing, I’m pretty sure they came out of a can and the Mac and cheese taste like the Kroger brand ( the microwave one). The cod was unseasoned and burnt. Even the roll was nasty. Very disappointed.

Atmosphere, I now know why I couldn’t go in to order. Food lukewarm at best. Service, not horrible, possibly a little too quick, but I had hope that was the reason for no line. Which should have told me everything. Im not a Louisville native, but my husband is, and now I know why he said not every Indis is the same! I only purchased wings, and well, I left pictures. Still can’t believe this was a lunchtime order.

The last visit, the drive thru was backed up and slow. Understandable at 12:15, but it would be nice if the lobby was open for online orders. Would’ve saved me 20 minutes.

Fish was very much un eatable I was so hungry I did eat the skin, the meat em was greesy. Chicken was very dry !! Also it must have been sitting, I’m sure it’s wasn’t freshly cooked to eat. Sweat potatoes we’re good, I haven’t tasted greens or mashed potatoes yet

Tell the cook to take off his gloves when he comes out for a smoke break, threw away boxes and had one gloved hand in his pocket. Grossed me out while in drive thru, I pulled off. I will NEVER go back here! I bought almost $60 worth of food, including a half pint of mac and cheese and two wedges. When I got home I saw that I didn’t get my mac and cheese. I called immediately and was told (naturally) that I could come back to get it. I didn’t want my food to be cold when I returned, so I was going to eat first. As soon as I hung up, I realized I didn’t get my wedges, either. I didn’t call back since I was going back anyway in a few minutes & didn’t think it’d be a big deal. When I went back, I said I’d rather get a refund since I had already eaten (I wasn’t going to just eat mac and cheese and wedges at this point). The (I assume) so-called manager yelled at me, “YOU ONLY SAID YOU DIDN’T GET YOUR MAC AND CHEESE, YOU DIDN’T SAY NOTHING ABOUT NO WEDGES! NEXT TIME…”. I cut her off, telling her there won’t BE a next time. She finally refunded my money. The guy at the window was very nice & told me to go ahead and take the mac and cheese. I told him I didn’t want it because contrary to what alot of people THINK, not EVERYBODY’S trying to get something free!! Most of us simply want what we pay for, without having to make a return trip to get it! If you DO go there and see a heavyset Black woman working, know that she is the epitome of what un-professionalism looks like and has NO place in the customer service business. I’ll NEVER go there again because of this experience, and DEFINITELY would not recommend this place (unless you have very low standards of what quality and professional customer service should be).
