My experience at Wendy’s could’ve been better. The food wasn’t really good — it tasted like it had been sitting for a while, and everything from the fries to the sandwich lacked that usual freshness. The burger was dry, and the cheese wasn’t even melted. I also noticed that the fries were lukewarm and overly salty, like they had been reheated instead of freshly made.
On top of that, the customer service was just okay. The staff wasn’t rude, but they weren’t exactly friendly either. It felt like they were just trying to get through the shift rather than making sure the customers were taken care of. The dining area could’ve used some cleaning too — there were a few dirty tables and the trash bins were starting to overflow.
Overall, it wasn’t the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had, but it definitely didn’t live up to what I expect from Wendy’s. Hopefully next time, the food and service will be better.

The employees (3 guys) are a complete disaster and incompetent. Two of these knuckleheads started an intense verbal altercation with each other over work hours…to the extent I became fearful it was going to get very physical quickly. After 15 minutes & still NO FOOD I left without my food before things got really stupid (someone was definitely about to get their head deep fried or smash burgered) the 3rd guy kept his cool but just worked, he probably should have called 911 by then, they couldn’t accept card payment so I paid in cash!! Wasted $12.00 on over priced crappy fast food that I never got and then went to the local McDonald’s only to waste another $10 on Ronalds crappy overpriced “food” & very slow service AGAIN, at least their employees were polite and professional, just slooow. Somethings “in the water”
in this town, everyone seems angry and understaffed, keep driving down the Interstate and go to the next town is my review.

Atmosphere was really brain dead. Barely got acknowledged or a response from any of the employees. You could see from the waiting line an employee at the back vaping and grabbing the fries with his bare hands. Another employee was really short with me and did not give me the correct order. Waited over 20 minutes for my food. Overall terrible service and food quality.

So, firstly. Giving the benefit of the doubt that food would be decent, or atleast WARM.
As it was a slow day ( they had no one).
the food was served cold, and old.
The potato and fries were almost inedible, the burgers needed warmed up.
Better training. Also, may I suggest having your employee not be hollering white power from the kitchen…. I’m a white person, but EWWW.

Cody did a wonderful job taking our order-friendly and professional & Tori did a fantastic job ensuring order accuracy and made sure we had what we needed. The store was so festively decorated and the staff all seemed so kind and professional!!! Although we don’t live here, we will be back!!!

We pulled up to drive thru and our cashier was unbelievably rude to us. He even said when we tried to order a burger “You can’t say it like that” we also heard yelling on the speaker when trying to order. We had to yell so they could hear our order and they didn’t even apologize. So then when we tried to order a potato and they told us it would take an HOUR, so we just got nuggets. It took thirty minutes to get our food. The burgers didn’t have what we asked for at all and they were even COLD and the fries were so old and they looked like they were cooked days ago. I would definitely not recommend this establishment to eat it was a horrible experience.

Who closes their doors before 7pm on a Friday night? Apparently Wendy’s does. We’re sorry you’re understaffed or whatever the reason is but you can’t even leave a note on the door? At the end of a work day, people are tired and just want to sit and eat…not in the truck. Food also tasted old and it would be nice if people tried instead of blaming management or staffing issues.

Had to return to the counter 2 times because things were missing.. ordered a bacon burger and it had no bacon! Then the girl who made it looked at me like I was lying. The woman at the register was awesome though. Also my friend fries were almost cold…

Horrible service , I order a burger with fries and asked for BBQ sauce and made me pay extra for it and then turn around and said of i forgot to tell you we are out of sauce , then why don’t you tell the people before hand so we don’t order ….. anyways try to turn around ( still in Wendy’s) and return it and they had a bad attitude like it’s our fault bc we wanted what we want !!!! And then said im not returning that and walked away . How rude !!!!!! People need to fix there hospitality if they want to keep staying in business.
