Absolutely our favorite sushi in Collin County. It’s small but they seat you quickly and the food and services are amazing. I think they even take reservations but we’ve never needed them. If you have an appetite a volcano combo and spicy tuna hits the spot.

Honestly the best sushi place I have ever been to! Server was very attentive and informed me of dishes with pork. Bento box was amazing, the price to portion ratio is well worth it, and the presentation of the rolls was beautiful.

Had a great experience here! The sushi was fresh and delicious, and the atmosphere felt very welcoming. Our server, Song Hee, was amazing super attentive, kind, and made sure we had everything we needed. Definitely coming back!

What a great hidden gem. Honestly, I’ve driven by this spot for years and have yet to try it. My wife and her friend tried it out a few months ago and raved how good it was. They were right, it’s great! High quality sushi for sure. Rolls came out pretty, fast even though the restaurant was at half capacity. We had some regulars behind us and the server already knew their order, which is a good sign in my book. Vibe reminded me of a sushi spot in NYC. Smaller footprint, nicely decorated and designed, just a cool place. Can’t wait to go back.

We definitely enjoyed the sushi and their portions! We thought there was a happy hour menu, which there wasn’t but I can say, the prices are absolutely reasonable. The staff were so kind and we were even presented with complimentary sushi pieces. For sure coming back!

We enjoyed Koji sushi. The rolls are a very good size. Especially the crunchy roll, for the price it was excellent value. The gyoza were piping hot and crispy. They also gave us a free cucumber roll piece. We would definitely come back. The interior is interesting, it’s half Americana and half sushi restaurant The service was pretty good, I never expect too much.

I recently tried Koji Sushi for a takeout order, and it was fantastic! Ordering over the phone was quick and easy—they told me it would be ready in just 25 minutes. We got a selection of rolls: French Kiss, Call Me Devil, White Tiger, Rock n Roll, and Dragon Fly. All five rolls were incredibly fresh and full of flavor. Each bite was a perfect mix of textures and tastes, and you could tell the ingredients were top-notch. I’ll definitely be back to try more of their menu. Highly recommend for sushi lovers!

1 star. I went to Koji Sushi and it was a pretty disappointing experience. The food was just okay at best, but the shrimp fried rice tasted very fishy. When I mentioned it to the staff, another server and the manager actually laughed and said “shrimp is always fishy, what does he expect?” loud enough for me to hear. That kind of response is unprofessional and disrespectful to a paying customer. My actual server was nice, but the way management handled the situation completely ruined the experience. Definitely won’t be coming back.
