Walked in at 10:40 p.m. Kiosks closed, nobody in the drive thru. I waited for awhile and began to wonder if the dining room was closed already, because the employees seemed unaware of me. So I asked them if they were open, and one just glared at me as if I was just an inconvenience. I asked again with more volume and another raised her hand up at my face with a forefinger up as one would to an errant toddler. A simple acknowledgement like, “We’ll be with you in a moment” would have sufficed for a semblance of hospitality. Extremely rude and condescending without cause.
Why do people with such inhospitable attitudes work in a public service roles? Maybe they prefer not to serve white people here. Alright then, I’m better off not eating here anyhow. Thank you for the awful experience. I regret walking into this store and pity the owner. His father would be ashamed.

McDonald’s is great for that quick need of something, but it is not great for you. They offer many quick food items that people crave. I like the bic Mac myself. Lately, it has been the mcchicken sandwich for me it’s the cheapest thing on the menu. I think McDonald’s is expensive for the type of food you get. A large fries is $4, and it is usually half full. McDonald’s has driven me away because there are no more real deals. Two mcdoubles used to be $3, and now they are almost $7. I feel for the quality and the down sizing of food I can not recommend McDonald’s at this time.

On the evening of June 12, 2025 I stopped and ordered two fish sandwiches specifying that I wanted them to be made fresh, and less than three minutes the attendant handed me a bag and I asked them where the fish sandwiches made fresh, she was not sure and then told me to pull up to the next window. About 2 to 3 minutes later , another attendant handed me a bag with two fish sandwiches in them. When I got home to my residence less than a mile away, I discovered that the fish sandwichs were on bread that was hard as if it was placed in a microwave. I don’t believe I receive the fresh fish sandwiches that I ordered.

The food was typical McDonald’s food, we bought fries and they were warm, not cold but not hot, we also had breakfast here a few days ago and that was nice and hot and everyone enjoyed their food.

I don’t know who told McDonald’s that having just a screen to interact with is better than ordering face to face at the register…. Whenever you enter one of these McDs, there’s never anybody at the registers, and you have to use the kiosk to order. It seems that the employees are more focused on the drive-in customers then they are of the customers that are inside the building. Just to order a couple of sandwiches takes a seemingly long time, yet you can watch the orders being completed and handed off to the drivers while you’re waiting…. Does not seem like a good system to me and we really don’t want to patronize this kind of business model. We will make sure to go to Chick-fil-A, where the employees are super friendly and happy to see their customers.

Every single table but maybe two were extremely filthy. Some employees were just standing around so they of course couldve been cleaning the dining room while they had nothing to do. One of the employees were giving out free drinks to this one customer that hit a vape inside of the restaurant, and even asked the customer if the person waiting in the car also wanted a drink. They did not pay for either if the drinks, and the employee knew. My fries were nasty as if they were refried a couple times. Fries should only be refried ONCE and should NOT be sitting out for a long period of time. Management really needs to pay attention to their stores better.

I ordered a #7 Meal with lettuce, mayonnaise, ketchup, and pickle. One of the burgers was right but the other was just a plain burger. Usually it comes with onions but they decided that was important either. So they knew what they were doing. Do not recommend coming here. PLUSS, they had the audacity to put one pickle. Worthless.

Shift manager did a very good job replacing my hamburger I would hire him at my store, however the cook in the back should be retrained. When presenting anyone with their food. Whether it’s wrapped up for hidden it should be appetizing to look at. Not a piece of meat that looks like it’s already been shoot and stuck on there. The condiments weren’t even evenly placed. But the manager did do an excellent job he went back he had it replaced even fixed it even when there was something that wasn’t even on there.. the manager went back there and made sure that it looked perfect before I left. I wish I remembered his name he did an excellent job. He gets five stars for me.

Ordered a chicken sandwich on September 24th at 3:48 pm just got home a few minutes ago went to eat the chicken sandwich and I can’t. I just wasted $7. The bun was so hard and stale It was not edible. The chicken was so overcooked It was pitch black. Absolutely unacceptable. Either they don’t care, or they’re too incompetent to make a chicken sandwich. Not worth it to drive 15 minutes back and then 15 minutes home to tell incompetent people, how incompetent they are. I should have known better, not even close to the first time I’ve had issues with this McDonald’s.
