Staff are absolutely the worst that I have ever seen.
No one said hello or thank you the entire time. I told them I was here for an order they bring it out, set it down and walk away…..The drinks were not even filled even though we filled out what each one should be online!! So I had to fill all the drinks, and then getting ready to leave the store not one person offered to help carry out my 3 bags, pizza and 2 drink carriers filled with drinks.
I just think customer service is very important and it is blatantly obvious the staff do not even know what that word is at the Darien location.

I’m so far only a beef / sausage combo customer. I find the sausage too tightly ground / packed and not seasoned as much in the chicago style as I’d prefer so now just get the excellent beef. Other items look good but when u “need” a beef …. Very professional great people

The food was good, but the girl behind the counter kept disappearing, and when I asked her for anything, she told me to just walk around the corner to the cooking station and they’ll give it to me. I’ve been here multiple times, and that’s the first time that’s ever happened. I let her know there were no ketchup cups by the napkins, and no one restocked them while I was there. I had to walk around the corner to get mine.

Best beef sandwiches around. Fries are crispy and delicious. Burgers and pizzas and salads also. The original rainbow ice cream cone is integrated into the Buona locations. They are yummy too
