Was still good tho so no big deal fresh cut fries tasted old and as if they were cooked in old oil and they were soggy and limp. The skins were good as well as the BBQ chicken sandwich the ranch was runny the root beer tasted flat even tho it was from a bottle I didn’t finish that either only ate one wing told the server that whispered in the very loud dining area she did offer to re cook the wings but it was 25 min later I had been done eating for 10 min already and had to leave in a few Minutes as this was at lunchtime
Nothing was done we will not be returning. I felt bad only leaving 10% tip but she failed us. $7 was prob too much as my wings that I couldn’t eat were $18 FOR WINGS !!! The shortage was over a long time ago losers

Hello. My wife and I had dinner today 5/1/2024 at the Mentor location and was extremely unhappy. I only took two bites out of my Rueben sandwich and could not eat anymore. My appetite was ruined because the meat quality was awful. It was rubbery and too chewy. The only thing I ate was my sliced apples. My wife wasn’t happy with her meal but she ate it because she was hungry. I have pictures showing the Rueben only having two bites taken out with the bill in front of it. The service could have cared less. I kept waiting for her to ask if something was wrong with my meal the couple of times she came to the table but nothing was mentioned. She asked me if I wanted a box and I said no. She clearly saw I barely touched the Rueben. I didn’t say anything about the quality to the server because I don’t do that. I just don’t complain. I see people do that too often. But when she ignored the fact that I had almost a full sandwich on my plate and she didn’t say anything about it blew my mind. Poor food quality and poor service. If you would like the pictures I have, I will gladly send them. The more I think about it, I paid Rueben prices for a few slices of apples. I hate it. I will not be attending this location ever again or any other location so don’t bother with a gift card. I would love for my meal to be reimbursed. Just the sandwich portion. That seems fair to me. I even left the server a 20% tip that she didn’t deserve. From the beginning her attitude was off putting but I was willing to get passed that. As a whole, I cannot let this experience go.
