THIS Waffle House is exceptional!!!
I had sent a message… and received a call and multiple texts back from them regarding scheduling our Girl Scout troop for a reservation one Saturday morning after our sleepover. The girls voted, and we selected this Waffle House.
Could not have been a better experience!! They created a sign and arranged fresh flowers on our reserved tables (see picture). They were extremely accommodating. We had approximately 17 people present, and we were all taken care of exceptionally well. The waitresses were amazing, the food prompt, and the manager even visited to congratulate us. They uphold your company’s excellent reputation. So pleased we chose the Waffle House. THIS Waffle House!!!! Simply felt they deserved recognition.

Here’s why its a 1. Food, good as usual, service was ok. Here’s problem. Busy Sunday night. 1 cook. 1 server and its that servers first day. What manager does this? If it wasn’t for the server we would have left. First day and they throw him under the bus. Both did great, honestly they need a raise. Not everyone was as patient as we were and that sucks. Waffle House or Panama not read this or care. They should because if these two quit and go work some where else they will be an asset to that company. This was just crap on how to be to people. Always take care of your people and they take care of your business. Be kind to other people.

Happy Thanksgiving from Waffle House. We decided to hang out here today instead of cooking a big dinner. We found it to be a great time to come. Everyone was super friendly and service was excellent. Seems to be managed very well. The Texas bacon cheesesteak is the best. Waffles were great and the tea was fresh. Great job WH!

My first Waffle House experience, moving from the West Coast, revealed a somewhat unkempt establishment; however, the food quality exceeded expectations. Despite the menu indicating pickles as a sandwich accompaniment, none were provided. Furthermore, the restroom required attention.

Went there today (10/24) and usually we go in the PM. This AM was disappointing. Husband ordered scrambled eggs and hash browns. I ordered a waffle and bacon. It took over 30 minutes for him to receive his meal (long after I got the waffle) and for me to receive my bacon. Meanwhile there was a 4-top that ordered long after our wait and got their meals in just MINUTES of their order. We spent a total hour just for some quick breakfast. I understand being busy, but when there’s a person that came in after us receiving their meal before my husband, then the 4-top that came after as well getting their plates is bogus. Asked the waiter for a to-go (I can only assume he thought a new order) and kept bypassing us when all we wanted was to wrap up our meal and go.

Had Fallon as our server tonight, she gave exceptional service and was a pleasure to have wait on my friends and I. It was a little chilly inside but other than that, food was fresh and hot and came exactly as ordered. Thank you Fallon for a fantastic experience.
