First and foremost, the young gentleman working the front register was trying his best. He informed the female supervisor (wearing a toboggan) that dine-in orders were not showing up on the screen. Nothing was done. We waited almost 30 minutes before finally being asked what we were waiting for. I explained the young man told her the screen wasn’t working, but she didn’t seem to care. No apologies and no rush. A local resident was there as well and informed us he comes in every other day and the entire staff there today were new. He had never seen them before. The whole restaurant was nasty and hadn’t been cleaned. Some customers walked out after us. A lot of other customers had to wait an unnecessary amount of time as well. However, the smoked bologna sandwich was very good once we got it.

Perfect visit. Late evening on Black Friday and they were terrific. They even made a menu item for by special request because it wasn’t normally served after breakfast.

Old and dirty store to start off with. Got four orders of fries and they were completely orange with salt and inedible had to throw them all out. Tea had turned so had to throw those out to. Cookies were odd too, like dry with melty chocolate. Really sad because we had a five star experience at another Jacks days ago. If consistency is this far off, think I will stay away from Jacks although especially when a family member told me they got food sickness at a Decatur one.

Went through the drive-thru and ordered the chicken tenders combo the chicken tenders were fresh and seasoned we just didn’t like the tenant piece that they leave in the chicken tender the fries are fresh the ranch was good the lemonade was okay

My family and I are visiting Alabama from Connecticut and we decided to stop at a Jack’s restaurant located in Stevenson Alabama. It was an amazing experience!! The food was fantastic, and the employee that helped us out named Juanita was very courteous, professional and very knowledgeable!! We will be coming back here in the near future!! Thanks everyone at Jack’s!!

Took our family to Jacks today through the drive thru around noon and was very excited to try out a new restaurant with the family! When our server answered the mood was shot right then and there. She wasn’t friendly at all and didn’t have a lot of patience for our requests . I changed up the drinks for the 3 kids meals from Sprites to lemonades and ended up getting sprite anyways. At the window I requested a drink carrier for our 6 drinks and asked if they could please remove the tomato and lettuce from my double cheese burger and apologized for having them to do so and still got the vibe I was being an inconvenience. I realized when we got to the park to eat they forgot 1 of our drinks and didn’t ask if we needed any sauces.. I work at Sonic over in Jasper and know what it takes to keep our customers happy and absolutely content. That server needs to find a new job because fast food is not her cup of tea! Just because it’s fast food doesn’t mean it isn’t important and your boss depends on you to run his business. Do your job right young lady!

I go to jacks alot. I don’t get the best greeting at night.i when this night and ordered “bacon ranch fry.the first order look old I took it back in they were not happy to begin with. I wasn’t disrespectful or mad.just want them to look like what they looked liked the first couple times I ordered them.
Well got them replaced and opened it up.it was discussing.the Fry’s were in what looked like a bottle of ranch. And a teaspoon of bacon
When I took it back .the girl was as hateful as can be.she told me she was busy and what did I want them to look like.
Iam a manager at a fast food in Kimble I would never let food go out like the or treat customers in a hateful way. And I always liked jacks.
