Not answering drive through. Pulled around front to see 3 people in the store. I placed a phone call to see why I am being ignored at the drive through and the female who answered said that despite them being open at 10am they didnt have enough resources to take drive through orders. Mind u i sat in drive through for 4 minutes being ignored. Yall quick to catch an attitude, can yall also be quick to do the job u signed up for?

When I went I wasn’t given all the utensils I need, the chicken was way too salty, and the cheese has a weird taste for the salad and I got the meal for two combo. This was also during morning shift at around 11:40am.

We visited here during our trip to California, We got the family chicken meal. The chicken was delicious and so were the sides. Definitely a good deal. I wish we had these in Florida.

really depressing inside… should not make customer go in to pick up .. smells like the bathroom and homeless people thgat they let loiter.. i was hoping this didnt reflect in the food.. but its was disgusting prison food.. looked like my chicken was made yesterday // im really hoping that wasnt the case but i wouldnt put it past this place .. depressing prison food. my 2 piece chicken was tiny tiny.. alomst no meat. and it was over $13. I ca get 4 meaty chicken tacos at the local spot. never ever again.. i tried it once almost 20 years ago and it was too undercooked. and 20 years later i get the complete opposite

Food was good. My issue is that I asked one of the workers for the restroom passcode and he didn’t give it to me, I had to wait and follow him to the restroom as he put the code in to let me in. But about 10 minutes after I came out of the restroom and started eating my food, a Hispanic woman came in and asked for the code in Spanish and they told her what the code was. She used the restroom and left. I will not come back to this El Pollo Loco.
