On a trip and stopped at this location bathrooms nasty, tables not cleaned i can get past those things. However walking into an establishment and hearing people cussing wasn’t what I had in mind. And unwrapped food thrown in the bag? I have worked fast food and still took pride in my job.

They were out of orange juice and somehow that made us have to wait longer for our order. We watched people receive orders in the drive thru as well as in the lobby (that was placed after ours) while we waited. The end result was an overcooked biscuit that was so bad that I threw it away

The food at this McDonald’s is always good and delicious, and I’ve enjoyed my meals here overall. However, the professionalism of some of the employees could definitely be better.
They have also messed up my order before, although they did fix it once I pointed it out, which I appreciated. With a little more focus on professionalism and attention to detail, this location could easily be much better.

Workers need to clean their hands at any given day go thru drive thru and their nails are so dirty it’s so noticable and management should hold them accountable. Plus McDonald’s is the only fast-food I never see where gloves

Good food most of the time. Sometimes, the fries are unsalted or a touch stale and the breakfast burritos are usually reheated and rubbery. Burgers are normally good. As for service they are usually very nice, but get drive through orders wrong causing us to swing back around. Not a bad store, just needs some tweaking.

The atmosphere was very uplifting with a lot of laughter and cheer. It sounded like people who enjoyed their jobs. Staff was very helpful ..and saw to all our needs. There were more staff earlier in the day that were sufficient. However later on a wave of customers came in and there was a line but not sufficient staff available to be adequate. It should be noted the girl working did a great job moving as fast as she could and I felt bad for her and wished I could help. This is not the norm however I’m sure. Earlier any few complaints were quickly appeased and customers were very pleased in the end. Many customers were recognized and addressed by name so it felt warm and friendly. The food was good, what you’d expect from a McDonalds and done quickly, I was happy with it. I’d definitely come here again many times in the future.

This store has been awful the last 4 or 5 months. The sandwiches they just throw together. Mayo or mustand is all over the sandwiches, top and bottom of buns. Buns broke and half gone Chocolate milkshakes are always half way fixed. A lot of the cahiers and managers are very rude.
