Stopped here for bite to eat on our drive home to Atlanta. We went through the drive thru. Order was taken promptly. Drove around to find 3 cars parked waiting for food. 1st employee was pleasant. 2nd employee was not friendly at all. Food was semi hot and was going well until I found a hair in my chicken. I immediately got sick to my stomach. I would not recommend this location.

A little more expensive than the usual fast food burger joints but offer a variety of chicken based lunches and salads. The quality of their meals is outstanding. Service is a little slower because everything is made to order. Service is friendly and efficient. Access to this location can be challenging during peak travel times.

We did an online order but when we came in to dine. Dana brought us our food and made sure everything that we ordered was correct and even brought me additional hot sauce for my wings. This isn’t the first time we’ve been to the Zaxby’s and we always have phenomenal service here.

Stopped in the drive thru for a quick take home dinner after a long day of work. I ordered a chicken plate and a wings and things for my husband and I. The service was quick but not very friendly and the food was disappointing. The chicken fingers and the wings were very dry. The fries were dark in color, as if they were cooked old oil. The tea had very little ice and didn’t taste good. I only stopped there because it was Sunday and Chick-fil-A wasn’t open. I don’t plan on returning!

I was traveling through from Birmingham to Augusta. I waited in line for an hour, and I was not even mad about it. The quality of food was worth the wait. The chicken in the signature spicy chicken sandwich was seasoned. They didn’t hold back on the spicy sauce. The sandwich was piping hot. The fries were on point . The service going through the drive-thru was pleasant as well.
