Food was great, portion sizes were MASSIVE (they DO offer half size portions; I unknowingly had the smallest hotel fridge known to man kind and my efforts at having leftovers for later were for not….). The service was meh; the gentleman working the oven/finishing seemed downright irritated by any question or presence of a person waiting for their food.

I, my friend and my children were dined at Palm Springs location. We go often to Palm Desert. They don’t offer any specials like Palm Desert. And I was ordering Two topping pizza special at Palm Springs location. Half 2 different toppings and half two different toppings. Server said ok and I placed my order. But then I heard the manager is not allowing to do so. That should be something they need to address internally not after you order. So, I was told it will be charged as build your own pizza if I do half 2 toppings different and than the other half 2 toppings different. And specifically after I placed my order already. I was so disappointed. The manager at least should explain or say we honor this time, since you placed your order. I disappointed with customer service and will not be back to this location. I had to reorder and other people were waiting, etc and having 2 small kids….

Not great unless you’re hungover, in a hurry or just don’t care. The crust had no flavor, the pizza toppings didn’t taste fresh, the service was effective but lackluster and the pizza making station was quite messy. The croutons on the cesar salad were stale and the lettuce was wilted. If this was super cheap or discounted pizza maybe you could get by but it’s not so we ended up quite unsatisfied after dinner.

Angel and Anna at this restaurant were a breath of fresh air. Impeccable customer service, offering personal suggestions in a very professional and helpful manner. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and kind. This is the second blaze pizza location that i have experienced this level of customer service, so I’m not sure if its to credit the company as a whole, or if I’ve just gotten lucky twice. Either way, it is a pleasant and standout experience that I’m happy to spend my money on. Thanks guys for your hard work and dedication to your jobs! Also, the pizza is delicious so there’s that…. These two employees deserve all of the praise and a raise!!!

Ordered a family deal that is 3 small pizzas and two sides. The delivery did not include either one of the sides. Tried to call the restaurant and the voicemail tells you basically good luck cuz no one will answer and you should email them if there’s an issue. Spent $65 on 3 small pizzas and two brownies. The pizzas themselves are not very impressive. Overall disappointing and wish I ordered from somewhere else!

We tried veg out pizza. Preparation is quick, team ask you about what all veggie needs to put on.

I am updating my review in light of the fact that the manager contacted me, appologized for the burned pizza and offered me a free one on my next visit. Mistakes happen sometimes and making it right is the right thing to do!
I ordered a make – your- own pizza for delivery
I am staying in an r.v. park and gave explicit directions to find my trailer. I received several texts saying that my driver was having a hard time finding me. I texted him but no response. I waited out by my truck. He finally arrived 40 min. late and sadly did not speak English so I guess that’s why he didn’t respond. All of that aside… I took my cold pizza in to eat it and it was completely burned on the bottom. Seriously not fair. Will not buy from them again.

Hit up Blaze Pizza and it didn’t disappoint! They’ve got loads of toppings so you can go wild building your pizza. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite with the kiddos or chilling with a group, it’s spot on. Plus, they’ve got beer and drinks if you’re looking to relax a bit more.
That cookie s’more? Looked amazing. The open-face oven adds a neat retro vibe to the place too, which is pretty cool. Tried the cheese pizza and meatballs – both were awesome. Definitely a go-to spot for pizza lovers.
