The jr bacon cheeseburger was dry and the bun was stale. Chicken wrap was also dry with no ranch. Fries were cold and rubbery. Frosty was watery. Wendy’s is normally reliable, this is probably the most disappointing meal I have had from one.

11-21-25 I walked in at 9:40pm before the dining room closed. I was not greeted at all. The manager, an African American woman with no hair, seemed bothered when I walked in just before closing time. When I asked for my order to be cooked fresh , she seemed like she had an attitude about it. No biggie. The woman didn’t say anything to me at all. After paying I asked for a drink carrier and she didn’t say anything. But walk to the back and put it on front counter and walked away. I said ok. After I got my Order, the little black boy with the white headphones (that was on fry station) over his head handed me my order, but didn’t say anything to me . He just put the sauces in the bag and walked away . I forgot to add cookies to my order so when I told her I wanted 2 cookies, she seemed like she had another attitude. So as I was paying , she was telling the little boy to lock the doors as it was almost 10o clock. Which I understand but like you ain’t got to say it like that with customers still in the lobby. Mind you when I came in it was another couple in there and after I got my food a white man walked in there as well so idk if it was just a bad night or what but customer service there was awful, as I would not return. Food was fresh though as I requested.

I ordered the Oreo brownie blast and it didn’t look anything like it did on the menu and it didn’t have brownies. It was just vanilla ice cream with chocolate syrup and Oreos on top. That is not what I asked for and when I asked the person at the window why it didn’t look the same she said it wasn’t mixed up. I don’t think they gave me what I asked for and I’m highly disappointed!!!

Absolutely nasty, everything was unsanitary even the floor was disgusting, the soda machine was dripping. They Got OUR ORDER WRONG 4 TIMES I asked for no bacon because I was allergic and I got bacon every time. I would give it 0 stars if I could honestly. GROSS AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I went for lunch (dine in) on a Tuesday. They were busy, but still had my food fixed and served right after I paid. Makayla was the cashier. She was very kind and when she had a break in customers, she walked around and spot cleaned, even asking me if she could take my tray. She is a star employee.

The line was so slow that multiple people pulled out before they got their food, the cashier tried to make us pay for a more expensive order, and we’ve been waiting 30+ mins for food. The window worker said have nice day before she even handed us our food 0/10

I don’t mind Wendy’s. My wife loves the frosty’s.

They quite frequently mess up orders. My wife doesn’t like onion or tomatoes on her burgers, yet they often leave the tomato on. When you spend $20 for 2 burgers, fries and drinks, you would think for twenty bucks, they could get the burger right. But eh, it’s just fast food.

I walk in to order food. I immediately see how grody it is behind the counter. I receive my food and there is HAIR ALL IN IT!. I walk back in to address the problem and NONE of the cooks are wearing gloves. AND NOBODY IS WEARING HAIRNETS. Absolutely don’t recommend this store. 0/10

As you can see by my other reviews, I typically only like to leave a review if it’s positive. However, I tried calling this Wendy’s to handle an issue twice but they won’t answer the phones?

So, I get there and order and everything seems to have gone smooth. Ordered bacon egg and Swiss croissant, sausage and cheese English muffin, and a honey butter biscuit. It all came out and seemed fine until I got home.

1. They made it a sausage egg and Swiss croissant (this was mine and I hate sausage from restaurants)
2. The honey butter biscuit had chicken on it (no huge deal, just took it off)
3. They gave us sausage and egg on an English muffin and no cheese…

Every. Single. Item was wrong.

I was already twenty minutes away so didn’t want to turn around but would have to get our correct order. However, the phone just kept ringing and ringing and would eventually disconnect. I tried twice with no response.

Only reason I didn’t give it one star was because the employees were nice and I know it was a mistake. Buuuut I would have liked to get our correct food and can’t since they won’t answer the phone and I don’t want to drive twenty minutes more to maybe get the correct items (breakfast ended five minutes before I realized all three items were wrong.)

I would not recommend going here as the wait is always long. The service isn’t great and there should be no reason for this place to open and not get serviced. Why am I sitting at the order board for 10 minutes with no response, yet y’all are open? I will never return here as there are better locations with people who actually want to work in the city.
