I frequently get breakfast here and I’m beyond frustrated at this point. The gravy biscuits are consistently dry with barely any gravy on them, which forces customers to pay extra just to make them edible. Today I paid an additional $4 for extra gravy and the cup wasn’t even half full! I’ve taken photos, but for some reason there is no place to upload them here. This has been an ongoing issue for months.
At this point it feels like a scam: customers are paying for stuff they’re not receiving. A gravy biscuit shouldn’t require a drink just to swallow because it’s so dry. Meanwhile, Bojangles gives five times the gravy on a regular order without charging extra. I shouldn’t have to pay more just to get what I already paid for. I’ll be taking my breakfast business there from now on.
Do better.

This McDonald’s is pretty standard, I’ve never had bad food from here and sometimes it’s even great. Don’t expect high class and you won’t be disappointed.
My sandwich today was like 2x the size of a typical one. Ridiculous

This McDonald’s is hit or miss.
I’m always taking a gamble when using the drive through which can be frustrating when I have a tight schedule owning a local business.
I will say that the food is usually up to par with expectations.
The drive through gets backed up pretty often.
I’ve been waiting by the door after being asked to pull forward for 15 minutes already.
I ordered two steak egg and cheese bagels and a coffee.
Google maps shows that they are less busy than usual and I’ve watched about a dozen cars get served while I’ve waited.
Edit: I reversed to the window and when I said I’d been waiting 15 minutes they were confused and no one knew I’d been waiting.
This is frustrating to say the least.
How could a quick stop turn into a 20 minute ordeal?
They also made the order incorrectly.
Finally got my food at 8:23am

This particular McDonald’s used to be pretty good, but over the past 4 months, the quality in services has dropped. Food is not prepared correctly or not hot, items are not available even when not reported within the app and randomly on Friday mornings, the lobby is closed. Not sure what happened but I think we will be taking a long break from this McDonald’s

I went on 11/14 around 6:30pm.. I saw a manager sitting in his car and smoking cigarette. We made cordials.. I went in to place order. I saw 2 employees ( 1 on drive thru and one on fries possible the cook also). They tried hard not to notice me for 5 minutes. I went to door and ask the manager if he was on a smoke break. He replied ” yeah, why”.. I told because I wanted to place order and looks like 2 people working.. then he acted as if that was a problem I came and asked him.. Well I WILL NEVER support this McDonald’s again… They need people friendly Managers!

The workers are rude food’s cold always wrong or don’t get it what you order way too expensive if you get a beverage. Hot or cold is either or it just needs to be under better management or fire everyone and start over or have everybody go through training

Tried to offer to pay for sauce to get a pup cup for my dog, all team members were fully onboard except the absolute life of the party of a manager they have. I’ve never seen something like that in my life. I mean, it’s a side of whipped cream for crying out loud.

I like coming here because the service and people are nice but this morning nakes the second time my hashbrown was so hard it was inedible. I couldn’t take it back because I was already working when I noticed. I was very sad and really wanted that hashbrown lol. Anyways just a tip for the workers, always view items before placing them in the bag. My dog sure enjoyed it though. Two breakfast meals for $17 is already steep so having good and edible food is a must.

I was here at 2:40 a.m. 8/25. There were two individuals (appeared to be older male and a female) outside in their vehicles. The guy who had a McDonald’s shirt on came over to my car and told me that they were “required to take a 15-minute break” so I would need to wait for 15 minutes. I told him that it was okay and that I would wait the 15 minutes. So I wait at the drive-thru, and then he proceeds to say “I don’t want to think about this while I’m on my break, so go ahead with your order” . The whole interaction felt off. The man seemed really annoyed by me. I reassured him that I would wait the 15 minutes, but he insisted on taking my order. Again, he seemed very annoyed. I didn’t feel comfortable proceeding with my order, so I left. What doesn’t make sense to me is why someone is required to take a break at almost 3:00 in the morning, when there’s clearly no one around. If this is McDonald’s new policy, then they need to to readdress that. I left hungry. Never in my 20 years of being a McDonald’s customer have I had this happen to me.
