I have a lot to say about this restaurant. I come here quite often and I’ve notice the patterns of if everything’s good and well, and when it’s not. Mornings are hectic and I know that the wait will be a while and recently i’ve realized it’s normally only 2 people in the drive thru and front area. So I understand the wait there. But what I don’t understand is night shift. Earlier this week(Wednesday I believe)I had came through the drive thru and I had to wait at the speaker for at least 5 minutes. When I finally got my order taken I got to the window and their was a young man with a jacks boggin and we was wearing a black jacks shirt and his hair was a little longer in the back (from what I could assume) he was very quick getting my money back and getting it correct, he went and got my food and that was also pretty quick but the girl with the headset on gave my food back to me was nothing but rude and seemed like rush to get me out of the drive thru. I felt very disrespected. She had real long blond hair in a hair net with a grey jacks hoodie that said something about biscuits. But that young man was fantastic! I wish i could’ve gotten his name or i would put it in this review. But great job to him, for being quick getting my food and money back to me without me feeling rushed or an inconvenience.

It’s silly, but it’s aggravating to pay $3+ for 2 sides of gravy and only given barely enough to cover the bottom. 2 combined wouldn’t even fill this container up. It’s been an ongoing issue, especially with weekend crew at Jacks in West Point. The one and only time I checked and went in to ask about how much was given. She said they were only allowed to give 4 oz … then let’s get the correct containers and give ppl what they pay for. This morning, my sons biscuits, once I opened them up and broke it up, they weren’t even wet. No longer will be going to west point jacks even for convenience on weekends. Terrible food prep. Great customer service at the window. Nice young ladies.

We love our local Jack’s fast food restaurant. They have great food at reasonable prices. My absolute favorite is their milkshakes! Yummy…

I ordered on line to pickup at 1 pm. I got there at 12:59 pm, I went through the drive thru and at the window the food was fresh and hot! Just the way it should be! Thank you!

Been sitting here for breakfast for 30 min, sat at the window to order for 7 min, it’s 11:12 and say they won’t do breakfast anymore. This place was good 4 months ago now they went down hill. Food stinks, attitude from the employees stink.

Every time I come here they mess up my order; always something missing or wrong. How hard is it to read the screen? Calling the manager never does any good especially when it’s 10/15 min home. Food is typically decent if you can catch them after they filter the oil.

Picked up two salads. They were suppose to have cheese. Store would not answer at all. Makes you mad when you drive home and didn’t have cheese. My husband went back to get cheese and they looked at him like he was stupid. Came back with with chopped up sliced cheese. Terrrribllleee. Will never go again.

This is pathetic. I’m not saying all of the employees are bad, lazy, and rude. However, somebody is responsible for the constant mess ups, wrong orders, sloppy food, rude behavior, etc. I don’t mind waiting in the long lines. But, when you get to the “may I take your order” part and all you can hear is employees talking, complaining, laughing with each other instead of listening to your order, getting it right and being courteous to the customer…. something isn’t professional. Then when you get to the window, some employees are rude, cut you off or busy chatting with another employee. I can deal with that even. But…. every time you get your order, SOMETHING is wrong. You may find it before driving off. But, Most of the time it’s either when you get to work, get down the road or get home to feed your family. I love Jack’s or I used to. We live in West Point, it’s so convenient. But, if this keeps up, I’ll drive to cullman to get my food, my family’s food!!! Or the local gas station…. it’s a lot better service, nice employees and, lately, better food!!! Get it together West Point Jack’s!!!
