I always enjoy my experience at the olive garden in Wilson, we get seated fast, I do use the online check in, I go with a variety of age groups and we all find something that we love of its make your own, kids menu, I love the salad bowl and the soups are all tasty, service is prompt, friendly and food is served hot, I’m hungry just thinking about it. I have gotten take out a few times, it’s ready on time, I’ve had a couple of issues but the manager is quick to resolve the issue. We are always excited if olive garden is the restaurant choice.

WHEN YOU’RE HERE, YOU’RE FAMILY …Went here for a date night and hadn’t been in a while; we had a lovely nostalgic experience! Kaydee was our server and she is fantastic, very professional and thoughtful. The dining room was clean and just how I remember. The food was tasty and hot.

Problem started when placing my order over the phone! I asked did the have the fried or baked ravioli and ziti? He says yes we have ravioli(I asked a couple questions about it and decided against it) I place my sons order and hang up to review the online menu and call back to add the ziti to my
Order. I was then told “we don’t have ziti which is why I didn’t offer it” which was fine… when I arrived at the restaurant I walked in told them I wanted to add meatballs to my order and then wanted to get my son a strawberry lemonade was then told they don’t have strawberry lemonade and was offered some sort of berry lemonade… After both employees walked to the vet they both come back and say we do not have that lemonade either… so then I asked how long they Will be out of the items I have previously Asked to order they stated until at least Wednesday… So then my son is offered a different type of lemonade or drink… We get it fine. Was told my order would be ready at 7:25. I said OK cool I’m going to sit in parking spot six I have to make a phone call Can you bring it out? They replied yes I went out to the car. I waited until about 7:40 and when I walked in the same guy that had took my order and was rude on the phone then picks up my order and says oh yeah here is your order.… I was very much unpleased with this whole experience. Olive Garden in Wilson has gone very much downhill but what do you expect? It’s Wilson!
The last time I went to the Olive Garden in Wilson before this, I was double charged and the manager lady for some reason wanted to speak to my dad(my phone number came up under his name) Because she “knew him “which was very much found out to be a lie, and I told her no about speaking to my dad and that the charge was on my card not his so I’m still confused about that phone call!!

Was very disappointed with this place tonight. My wife and I came to eat supper and was seated. We sat there for 10 minutes waiting to get service. We watched other people get seated and less than 2 minutes was being waited on. So we decided to leave and go somewhere else.

Server was great, but this is one of the dirtiest restaurants I have eaten. 6 dirty glasses. Dirty plates and silverware and this was before the entrees showed up. Canceled my food order because was afraid what was on the dish under the food. Seems like the dishwasher was on vacation.

Today’s dining experience was a letdown, to say the least. The server seemed to make assumptions about us based on how we were dressed, which resulted in subpar service. We placed our order, but the wait for bread was excessively long – 30 minutes, to be exact. What’s more, we had to request it multiple times, only to be met with excuses each time.

06/24/23 (Late Review) After two years, we decided to give Olive Garden another try, and we had a great experience this time. Server was attentive. Food came in a timely matter, and there were no complaints at all. Expect us again in another year or so 😉

It’s been about 3 years since my last visit to Olive Garden. I used to love it back when I was in college. We decided to go to see what was new here. It was busy but we were seated immediately. I ordered a strawberry cocktail which was pretty good, and it was only 5 bucks. I did love the breadsticks, I missed them. However, the minestrone soup was super salty. I ordered the steak Alfredo. Hmm, it was mediocre. The waitress was nice but the food was a letdown. Perhaps my taste buds have evolved 😀 since college lol.

Olive Garden gives you a reliable expectation for Italian food no matter where you go. But here, Payton was amazing. She was patient, pleasant and attentive, we couldn’t have asked for a better waitress. The food was very good, you won’t regret stopping here for a meal.

A 30 minute wait turned into a 40 minute wait. Got a table took 15 minutes and me shouting can I get some water, To get a server’s attention. 3 breadsticks came for 4 people and ask for just lettuce on the salad. The salad came back with everything and the server got a attitude about the salad. A second server bought the correct salad. I suggested that the server take the menu’s back and she said the other server must have forgotten. The calamari was ok and it took the main course 25 minutes to arrive to the table. I got all this for $66.86.
