If I could give this place zero stars I would. This is a franchise Wendy’s restaurant that could have so much potential, but the staff and what appears to be management are awful. I came in twice last week. I always greet anyone across the intercom before I make any menu selections. The person on the other end was very rude (they always are) she cut me off mid-sentence and yelled can you go ahead and order. I asked if I could have a moment because my kids were still deciding what they wanted.
Shortly after, I was ready to order but made to wait. When she finally came back to take the order, she still had an attitude and after every item asked if that was all?! When we got to the window, their expression and way of handling things were very passive-aggressive. All of the food was ice cold, the fries had clumps of salt in them. The chicken I ordered was old, fried hard and the mayo was clear with wilted lettuce. The double-stack burgers had only one piece of meat and as you can see from the photo the 2nd patty seemed to have been broken into pieces to split between the 3 biggie bag meals that I purchased. The baked potato was wet, smelled sour,
and looked as if it was stepped on. I opted for Chilli, but they did not have any as they never do.
Overall the money spent was just shy of 36.00. I spent the evening and the next two days vomiting and in the bathroom, so much in fact that I had to go to urgent care. I missed two days of work and wasted money. I know that times are hard, but I ask that you please hire individuals who want to work and will prepare food that will align with the standards and legacy of this restaurant. It’s scary that they would serve food this way to any customers, and have an attitude while doing so.

The food is OK but the prices are getting ridiculous. Their app never seems to have any real deals anymore. The only thing that brings me in is the free drinks for seniors. Otherwise I will go to McDonalds where you get a free bogo sandwich for doing a survey. The burgers are better here but not if you have to buy two of them plus fries and a drink. For that amount I will go to Red Robin

Dave Thomas must be rolling over in his grave. What a mistake in stopping into this location off I-95. Before we started our order were advised “no salad, no baked potato.” Ok supposed to be due to the Hurricane. Ordered the $6 Biggie Bag with fries for Bill and I the Chili. What has happened to the quality of Wendy’s products? If the Burger was any colder and tasteless I would have thought that I was eating cardboard. Fries are supposed to challenge McDonald’s…if so McDonald’s wins hands down. They were cool and limp. Chicken nuggets…the same cool and tasteless. So for this $6 Biggie BAG I give 0 ⭐. My Chili was ok but so thin that I thought I was having soup. At the best 2 ⭐. The inside of this location needs some serious work. Dirty, torn seat’s, napkins on the floor. Now drinks…how about no ice! Asked about the $1 Frosty, was told that special ended yesterday, today is September 30, just saw the commercial yesterday… what gives? I don’t know if this is just this location or Wendy’s in general but if it is there in serious trouble. I wouldn’t recommend any food or this location. As for us we will drive further south.

Disgusting I would give zero stars if I could. My fries and burger were cold. The 2 hamburger patties on my Dave’s double burger were so dry it tasted like they were cooked last week. Do yourself a favor do not stop and eat here

The morning shift manager will make you want to eat lunch at this establishment every day. He has an nice personality, and make sure his workers provide 100% customer service. I have had 2 bad experiences with this place, so yes I complain. He step right in and take care of the issue with no going back and forth. His apology is very sincere and he cares about his customers. He also keep his self updated with the app coupons to inform his cashiers. If you go when he there guarantee you will get fresh hot food.

On Sunday September 12, 2021 around 5:00 p.m. me and my girlfriend stopped by this Wendys while traveling. We sat 30 minutes and we were the 3rd or 4th car back from the window. Girlfriend put our order in no major issues. Got up to the window and young man at the window had no idea what our order consisted of. We told him our order, this time requesting a couple Boo Books. He proceeds to act like he couldn’t hear her. “The what”. So she repeated the order again. After all that, we get our order. We order 2 chicken sandwiches, 2 hamburgers, 2 boo books and a courtesy cup of ice water. The sandwiches were cold, old and nasty… they had a weird smell to them. As did the hamburgers, which are just as cold. I provided pictures to showcase how thrown together these sandwiches are. The mayonnaise had a weird clearish color to it. If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Everyone is rude, does not care about the job they hold, or the service they provide.

The food was OK, but not hot enough. The floors were sticky, and the bathrooms were horrible, especially the men’s (pee all over the floor, around the urinal, said my husband). They had a sign on the bathroom door to tell a crew member if the baths needed attention, but when he did so, she just ignored him, and made no overtures that she would have it seen to. This is a good way to lose business.
