Guilty Panda
I’m doing this bit where I am searching for McDonald’s whose employees have respect to serve not only speed, but the quality of their food. The filet o fish is one of McDonald’s most neglected meal ever served at any branch in any city of Southern California. I came in through drive thru and ordered the filet o fish and I gotta say, the employees that worked that Friday afternoon 9/26/25, were spot on. The cheese was actually on the bottom bun and not hanging off, the sauce was center and not too much/little. All was just right! Great job

Oh my god, there’s a lady who was here at night who has the BIGGEST attitude and will literally shout at you through the drive thru speaker. I gave her my code for an item and added a second item to my order. My mom also wanted to order so she asked to make a separate order. The first young lady at the speaker was kind and provided great customer service and asked my mom for a moment to finish up my order before starting hers. We said okay, and after a few seconds the young lady asked to repeat my order’s code. My mom read it out to her again from my phone, then out of nowhere the second older lady jumped on the speaker and yelled asking for the code because something had happened with the computer that made the order not process. My mom is very soft-spoken so I reached over and gave her the same tone of voice and volume until she got both our orders correct because she definitely got the right one today. And she knows what she did because she refused to give her name at the window, but she wore an undersized purple shirt, slicked back ponytail braid, in her forties easily. I felt so so so sorry for the young lady or honestly anyone who has to work a shift with that bitter sour woman. McDonald’s, this is who represents you? Do better.

I waited 20mins at the curbside parking space without getting my food. At the end I have to go into the store to get my online order. That’s just the beginning of the nightmare! The fries taste like it’s fried in an oil that hasn’t been changed for days. I can smell sweet potato on my potato fries. Either they don’t change oil or the employees fried their own food in the fryer. Not only that. The cup is leaking and my cup holder is now flooded with sweet tea. Avoid this location if you can!

I try to avoid fast foods restaurants but its definitely fast and convenient when you are rushing, of course my son gets excited for the happy meal since he gets a toy!

A nice McDonald’s with a prime location for easy access. A rather small indoor dining area yet very clean with upbeat ambient music. The only suggestion here is to lower the volume it’s a bit too much in the morning. The location is best using the drive thru.
Service was friendly and welcoming.

Bro those hash browns were super lukewarm and and soggy the English muffin On my sausage McMuffin with egg was stale and crusty it. Just honestly I think around my morning. The coffee was fine.

The costumer service here is trash. They made us have to use the screens to order which I find no problem with, but me being old asked for help with it because there was a deal, a hamburger plus one for a dollar, and it still gave me the normal price. She lady said she was busy, which is okay. I waited, and waited, and waited, she was still busy. I left and not one car in the drive through and for context the place was empty. I didn’t get my order either.

Purchase two bundle of big Macs found a hair in one of the sandwiches brought it to their attention. The response was they had to make an investigation to refund me spoke to Valeria Lua and Flor what kind of investigation do they need to make with the FBI? There was a damn hair in my food. This place really deserves a very low score. Oh, but guess what they wanted to give me a pie if that was OK with me but no refund or food.

There is very little service. The counters are alway empty and even though you see workers at the drive thru windows (which is less than 5 feet away) as well as in the back, they somehow manage to ignore your existence. There was a time someone in the back kitchen was shouting out to customer to use the kiosk to order. This chain location is obviously not well manage.
