I drive 40 minutes just to walk into this place and feel transported back to NY. The throngs of families, couples and individuals making their way through a fantastic bagel is what you encounter first. This place is special and so nostalgic to me. Lake plate is great and my hubs got the meat, cheese and egg bagel but let’s be honest we come for the AUTHENTIC NY bagel. Sesame is on point and you can never go wrong with Plain. They keep it simple yet make you question every other bagel you’ve consumed before them. I will ALWAYS COME BACK. Heather was so fantastic this morning and Rachel who brought us our order told us the story of the water they use. Love it!

Some of the best bagels I’ve had in a long time – chewy but not too dense, perfect salt level in the dough, not to mention the plethora of fish options for the sandwiches. Literally the only thing that raised half an eyebrow from me was the relatively sparse amount of everything seasoning on the everything bagels, but taste and texture didn’t suffer so not worth kicking off a star. Staff was very friendly and helpful, they were happy to let me sample the salmon before I ordered, and were themselves excited about the food. Atmosphere is a little weird outside because of the surrounding area, but the Stanley Aviation building is really cool and Rosenberg’s is really nice and cozy inside. Worth making the trip if you care about your bagels.

Rosenbergs is a staple Jewish deli and bagel spot. My family enjoys coming here for the food and the surrounding Stanley Marketplace. I always get “The Standard” which is a deluxe bagel with lox, cream cheese, tomatoes, red onions, and capers. The everything bagel is my jam. They don’t toast your bagel unless you ask for it. They make their bagels fresh daily, and they have a wonderful texture which, I too, believe does not require toasting to improve the bagel. It’s a bit pricey, but to be expected in a super hip spot like Stanley. They’d get a five star review if their front of house was more welcoming. All it takes is a smile

Just had the most disgusting experience, we where exited to to see there was pizza available and where gonna gonna order one to go, we walked to the back to see the pizza process and saw a young lady lifting the dough of a pizza going in the oven and blowing with her mouth many times, she saw me and made an ups face. I wasn’t gonna eat there any more, I went to the register to speak to the woman in the register and I told her we where gonna order a pizza to go but saw what I just explained, she had the guts to tell me that that was okay because all bacteria died in the oven. That is completely disgusting! She even got mad and started talking to us with an attitude, I’m flabbergasted abut the pizza making in this place has. I can’t even imagine what other heath code violations happen in this place.

Been going to the original Rosenbergs in 5 points for a while. Being a Jersey pizza and bagel snob. Rosenbergs cured my lacking taste buds. Absolutely amazing.
Today was my 1st visit to a different location. While the menu and service and staff were great, the bagels were just ok.
Not bad as far as bagels from Colorado go, but definitely not as good as the original location was.
Mind u I have not been to any Rosenbergs in at least 2 years. So I dont know if anything changed since I was last there.
All I can honestly say is this location at Stanley marketplace was not as good tasting as the 1 in 5 points was at least 2 years ago. Its still good, dont get me wrong. Just not as good as it could potentially be. But for people not born in NY, NJ will find these bagels amazing. My east coasters…..this is about as good as it gets in Colorado.
If that makes sense.

Love this place. Just moved out of state after living in Colorado for 10 years and had to stop in one last time. Im originally from the east coast and the bagels are a true slice of nostalgia for me to have a real, authentic, jewish bagel in Colorado. Plus everyone is super nice and friendly, treat you like family. Will miss this place. Thank you guys so much! Try the rainbow cookies!

From bagels to pizza Rosenberg’s does it right. You cannot go wrong with either option… I’m actually currently daydreaming about that slice of cheese pizza from last weekend right now!
