I placed an order for pickup today. The order was a 3 piece original bbq chicken meal with potato wedges and a lemonade. The wedges were old, so I went back inside to have a fresh order prepared. The tall gentleman at the counter seemed bothered based on body language and letting me know that it would be a 5 minute wait. He said it in a discouraging way as if it was supposed to sway my request for a fresh order of wedges. I waited in my car and decided to take a look a look at my chicken and noticed the chicken didn’t have bbq sauce on it like I ordered, so I went back in side to see that my wedges are sitting on the counter out in the open to where anyone passing by can come in contact with it, which was concerning. I informed the gentleman at the counter that my chicken was incorrect, and instead of him trying to resolve the issue, he told me that my chicken was dunked in sauce, which it clearly wasn’t, and that bothers me because I clearly showed him the food. I didn’t feel like I should have to become argumentative as a customer, so I just left.

Went here today, 1-31-2025. This KFC is always fresh and has great quick service. They have good fresh food . This is one of the best KFC I’ve eaten in a while. This is our second time visiting here . No complaints! Will most definitely come back in the future when visiting my grandparents. Nowadays, it’s hard to find decent takeout food that’s good!! And good service!!

I placed my order through the app. Which I always do. I come to the restaurant at 6:24pm The lobby is busy so I patiently wait. I approached the counter told the kid my name for my order he said would be a few min even tho my app said it was ready. So I sit. 20 minutes go by still no food 4 guest behind me got there food so I asked . I received attitude when I asked about my order. Then come to find out it was sitting on the counter in back for 10 min . Needless to say my fries were ice cold. I asked the kid at front counter if I could please get some new fries since these were cold. He got another attitude and you could here me complaining about me me complaining to manager. I could hear him. I am so disappointed with this visit. .

Every time I go there, they say “it’s gonna be twenty minutes If you want crispy chicken.” why didn’t you cook it When you ran out instead of waiting till I order it.
You are a fast food restaurant.
Not only that, but the second I showed the slightest dissatisfaction about it.The manager got snippy over the intercom.
She literally raised her voice at me instead of saying i’m sorry.
You can’t blame it on being too busy because there was zero customers in line.

Went inside it was like 60 degrees in there people waiting all over inside waiting for food. We ordered our food waited and waited people were yelling at the staff and the staff in the back were yelling back and swearing at customers it was quite comical after about half hour I asked where our food was and it finally came out as I put 5 stars for the food cause it was good but service and staff in the kitchen were horrible

What a joke! After work decided to drive they and get dinner, ordered a 2 piece white dinner, a 3 piece white dinner a bowl and 12 chicken nuggets. I got a 2 piece mix a 2 piece white the chicken looks disgusting, I didn’t get the nuggets and when I call in the manager asks if I can come back bring the food and they will fix it. I’m tired I declined, she said I can come back tomorrow with my receipt and wait for it…. She wants the crappy food back tomorrow!!! Who does that. Check out the pics at how bad the chicken looks. Last time!!!

NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS LOCATION!!!
Went inside the store and ordered an 8 piece of chicken. Before ordering, I specifically asked if they had “EXTRA CRISPY” chicken available. I was told by the guy behind the register that they did have crispy chicken available. Upon receiving my order I immediately inspected the chicken to see if it was cooked the way I had specified. The chicken wasn’t crispy at all!! In fact, it was so moist that the skin was falling off!! I asked If this was the most crisp chicken that they had and was told by an employee named Daniel that this is the most crisp chicken they have as another employee stated “That’s how I like my chicken”. I was then told that the chicken is kept in a humidifier which is the reason why it was moist. WHO WARMS CHICKEN IN A HUMIDIFIER?!? Needless to say, this will be my last time going to this location. If not for the fact that I wanted to do this review, I would’ve gotten a full refund. WORST CHICKEN EVER!!!

It’s a real shame that this is the only KFC in the area because this location is foul. Drive thru was wrapped around the building so I went inside. Took about 5 minutes to get someone to take my order. I got one of the meal deals and despite the food being freshly cooked, it tasted like burned up cooking oil. I couldn’t even finish it. Spent about $10 so not a big loss but really a shame that this is the state of KFC after all these years. I do not blame the employees who looked very understaffed and overworked. This place is being run like a circus and when that’s the case you have to look to the top. The owner/franchisee of this location has absolutely no pride in their establishment and should consider an early retirement.

Very disappointed in the 12 piece we got today. They had no white meat, stated at drive through there was a shortage. Oil is old you can taste by the darkness of the chicken and how it tastes old not crispy.
It just didn’t taste like the KFC I have come to love.
