Order delivery from Popeyes App and it said my food would come from this location. My chicken was undercooked and slimey to the point it had to be recooked in the oven. I done a support ticket with no reply. The red beans and rice large wasn’t full like how my mashed potatoes.

Absolutely DO NOT BOTHER at this location. The biscuits are always awful at this location. Dry, no butter. Not at all what they used to be like. The food portions are getting smaller too. Didn’t even fill up the large Beans and Rice, when they already made the container smaller. And they won’t answer the phone to anyone when you have an issue. The manager might need some more training. The nerve to charge almost $2 for a biscuit as lousy as these is insane.

Wanted a 16 piece meal, knew there was an upcharge for all white meat but we specified all breast received only 4 and the rest wings. Paid $111.48. wanted 2 gallons of sweet tea I ended up with 1 due to the fact they wasn’t making the sweet tea right. The gallon we brought home was unsweetened… Then asked for a refund for a couple things and was denied, so I paid$111.48 and didn’t receive all items… Rude workers! Bad food! Dry, not full, etc. Then got loud on me in front of customers and the other workers. Apparently their limited menu is no longer being served but still up on the app. Went to pickup my food and half of my order is missing. Absolutely no explanation given by the workers so I didn’t know until I got home that I wasn’t getting half my meal. And when I went back was just told to get a refund online.

SO UNHELPFUL! Just got home from this location where we placed 2 mobile orders that the staff “couldn’t find” and they said “it’s been happening all day, you just need to cancel it”. When I asked if there was a manager we could talk to, the guy said “it’s pretty much the same, but I could call”. The chat option in the app is an absolute joke – I know the individual store doesn’t control that, but it was not helpful.
