♀️ The food was hot and tasted amazing, just as good as the Waffle House food normally tastes at any other location. I got the waffle with blueberry nougat and a bowl with egg, bacon, and hash brown as usual. The waffle was so delicious and fluffy that it really doesn’t need syrup at all. I normally resort to eating about half of my plate and taking the remaining portions to go. The server/waiter at this particular location provided mediocre service. She gave me my tab shortly after I received my food at my table and I actually ended up ordering a drink. I had a hard time getting her attention for the drink that I ordered because she appeared to be busy texting so was not being attentive to me, as her guest. She appeared to be so distracted that she couldn’t hear me politely calling her back to my table to order the drink, so I had to wave her down to avoid raising my voice any louder and being perceived as aggressive/entitled/impatient. She also gave me the perception that she wanted me to hurry up and eat to free up the table I was sitting at for other customers who preferred to sit at a table vs other unoccupied seats. I heard her yell out my table number stating that it was occupied as if she was hoping to get me to free up the space for a YT couple that walked in to dine in. She handled the table situation unprofessionally and it was just really tacky. However, her tactics didn’t work because I didn’t budge until I was good and ready to leave. I noticed that the other server was very patient and attentive with her guest. She wasn’t trying to rush them out of the restaurant. She behaved professionally and I would have preferred to have a waiter more like the other one who treated her guests with patience, hospitality, and with overall good quality customer service/care. She went above and beyond by taking the requested group photos for her guests. My waitress/server missed the mark with the overall services she provided me. She’s lucky that I even still tipped after being made to feel like I needed to just hurry up, eat, and leave . There were plenty of other open seats for that YT couple who came in after me to occupy. Her actions were just way out of line and unnecessary to yell out that “table 16 was still occupied” ♀️ and making it a point to look in my direction to indicate that I was obviously seated at table 16 which is in the right corner of the restaurant. I perceived it as an attempt to rush me to vacate the table I was sitting at just to accommodate these other guests who chose not to sit at other opened tables or seats. It was just really rude and weird on her end to treat them like some sort of high priority guests instead of just suggesting other available seating options. The next time I’m passing through the area, hopefully she’s not my server/waiter. Hopefully this review sheds some light on some necessary improvements in the customer service delivery/satisfaction area.✌ ☮️

Never have I felt so discriminated! We have been here several times but this time we sat and waited 10 minutes
The waitress Donna! Ignore us had her back to us and serve people who sat behind us that had got there way after we did! I then had to call another person her name was Boss Man (yaya) she was wonderful! Very polite and fast!
I would recommend see her each time if she is here.

I recently visited Waffle House, and unfortunately, it didn’t live up to the hype. The waffles were dry and lacked the crispy texture I was hoping for. I ordered a classic breakfast with eggs, bacon, and toast, and the eggs were overcooked, while the bacon was undercooked and greasy. The service was slow, and the staff seemed distracted. The atmosphere was loud and a bit chaotic, making it difficult to relax and enjoy the meal. It’s a place for a quick breakfast, but I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for a quality dining experience.

My husband and I went to Waffle House for breakfast. We arrived at 11am on Sunday morning and we were thinking it would be really crowded, but we were wrong. I pulled right into a parking stall. It was plenty of room to park, and they have Handicap ♿️ parking as well. We walked right in and there was a booth available in front and we sat right down. Our waitress came right away and greeted us, and asked what we would like to drink. She brought our drinks and took our orders.
My husband and I ordered the same dishes which was the All Star Special, and that dish has eggs, grits, toast,sausage, and waffles. That’s perfect for the low cost of $9.75!! It’s a great deal of food. I had so much, I had to ask for a container to take the rest home! My husband also had coffee ☕️ for $2.50 a cup. We received our breakfast rather quickly. The waitress was very polite and helpful. I think the restaurant could be a little more cleaner. Unfortunately the floor underneath our table had food all on the floor and other booths as well. It appears that maybe some of the booths were taken out because there were not that many booths in this particular Restaurant . I gave 4 stars because I felt for the amount of booths in there that the place could be a bit cleaner. The food was ok. It is also kid friendly with high chairs and boosters for children that needed them. I would definitely recommend visiting this restaurant.

Each staff member we interacted with was very friendly and professional, and they all appeared to work well together. The line cooks were very cohesive & fast, so everyone got their food quickly and accurately. A truly excellent team! The only mild inconvenience we experienced was I had to send back my undercooked hashbrowns, but they graciously let me exchange them for something else without additional charge.

Terrible from the word go. I understand that they were busy but due to no cohesion, orders took longer than necessary. Once order arrived, mine was wrong and missing items. My friends was cold. I have been a fan of this franchise since forever but this location left a lot to be desired.

Very disappointed in my Steak & Eggs. I spent a lot on my hash browns adding extra items and it looks like someone took a bite out of it. Steak was overcooked. I wish that I could add a picture. Look at your food when placing a to go order.

Could not get our drinks. Waited over 20 minutes to get waited on. Then waited other 20 for our food. Our waitress could only wait on one set of customers at a time. Waited Waited Waited. Serve terribly
