The gingerbread Martini was tasty to start. Mark gave incredible service even when his kitchen was really backed up and was cordial and warm throughout the wait. The food was fantastic even if it took awhile and management was incredibly nice to check in with us as well. We’ll be back for sure!

Haven’t been to an Outback in a while and it did not disappoint! They have remodeled this place since the last time I was here and it looks great. Service was very good and so was the food. Our cocktails were so good and not weak. Love the new mozzarella boomerangs. My salad was delicious and meal fresh and hot.

Today my husband and I celebrated our 47th wedding anniversary. He didn’t want to eat out, so I signed up for Outback and ordered online for pickup. I had a question and called the store. Lynn and the staff at Outback made us fill so special as a first time take out customer and gave us answers to my question.
The food and personal touch provided was beyond stellar and created a memorable happy experience for us.

Food was good! I don’t expect anything spectacular out of a chain steakhouse, but everyone in our party of five was more than satisfied with our meals for the price. Five adults eating for just over $100 before tip is pretty reasonable considering the price of beef these days. The service is what really put the experience over the top for us. Our server, food runner, and manager all went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of before and after one of the steaks was undercooked. We weren’t even upset about it. They could have just cooked it more and brought us back the same piece, but they went the extra mile. After seeing some negative reviews here about the service, I wish I remembered the name of our server and the young man who brought out our food because they deserve a shout out.

Genuinely, the service and food I did and did not receive tonight was absolutely insane. Not only was I served a half rotten salad, I was also told AFTER my steak was done and at my table that they no longer had the side of mashed potatoes I ordered at 5:30pm. Instead of telling me during the time my food was being made, so I denied the offer to get a new side as my food would be cold by the time I would’ve gotten it, and nothing else was appetizing on the side menu. Not only did 4 people come over to the table to try and make me get a desert instead of a new meal, but they also did not remove the item until after I called the manager over because we wanted to leave. Honestly, the server taking 5 minutes to even greet us was not great, but the communication between the kitchen and front of house staff if apparently so terrible they can’t even tell customers when they can’t make half your meal!

Don’t go unless you’re ready to wait an hour for food. Our first visit yesterday will be our last. The host was disconnected and unfriendly. We ordered a bloomin’ onion, my steak meal, and a baked potato without bacon plus a side of steakhouse mac.
After 30 minutes, my meal and the baked potato came out, but the mac had bacon—even though it’s not supposed to, and it was clear he didn’t want any since he didn’t want it on the potato, so we immediately asked for a new one. We finished our meals before the replacement arrived about 20 minutes later. After nearly an hour, all they could come up with was a single baked potato. The mac shouldn’t take long since the noodles are pre-cooked and just microwaved with cheese and toppings.
The restaurant was nearly empty (maybe 5–10 tables) on a Saturday dinner, so the kitchen should’ve been overstaffed. When the manager finally brought the mac, there was no apology or comp—just terrible service and slow ticket times.
Our server was very friendly and attentive though, and the food tasted great, but it wasn’t enough to make up for the rest.

Food was ok, not more than average but the service was way less than average. When we walked in another customer told us to avoid a particularly poor server so we went to the bar. The bartender couldn’t have cared less that we were there. We were just a plate on a table. When I pay over $100 for dinner, I would at least appreciate the server asking me if everything was ok. Outback upper management take notice, leadership here is poor at best.

A good steakhouse. The waiters in the shop are very patient and have a very good attitude. They often ask if they need service and how they feel about the food. The steak tastes very good. After I told the waiter that I am allergic to nuts, she immediately went to the kitchen to change the nuts in my salad. The overall experience was very good. The only drawback was that the serving time was a little slow, and you had to wait about half an hour.
