This has to be the worst Santiagos in CO. This isnt the 1st time my food was terrible. My last visit I got a breakfast burrito. It was basically large chunks of egg. Hardly any potato, cheese, meat or chili. I thought I would give them another shot. Ordered beef enchiladas and this is what I got. They are ruining Santiagos name. They need step it up or give up.

Ordered over the phone and the experience was horrible. Should have known then. the lady was rude, rushed my order so I kept having to repeat it. then when done she didn’t give me an estimated time for pick up. so I asked how long it would take. Only being considerate to give them enough time so I wasn’t rushing the cooks. She rudely said “well 15 min, I guess”.
Drive thu was quick when picking up my order 15 min later, However when I was finally able to see the food after driving to work (downtown) it was all wrong. Paid $9 for chicharrones and none of the 3 burritos had them. We ordered sausage burritos, and absolutely NO sausages in the burritos. I would highly suggest you check your daily breakfast burrito for the meat of choice. Chances are you won’t even see any meat. This is also not the first time they didn’t put meat in the burritos. This was the second time. I was hoping it was a mistake the first time but we now know that’s not the case. Trying to cut cost by stealing from others pockets is a low blow here. Especially from a business like yours. Very unfortunate in times like this. As a community and a smaller family owned business you should want to build community trust. Also, sometimes going out to eat is a privilege not all us get often. then I called to get a $9 refund and they said they couldn’t do anything unless we took the food back.
So long story short……make sure to HOLD up their line and check all your food because they won’t refund you back and they are not giving you any meat in their daily breakfast burritos. Too bad, since we are close community members and love to support business like yours. But we will be taking it else where from here on out.

Food is good, not great, when they get it right! Portion sizes on three of my, in house, orders have been reduced covertly! Meaning, they are frugal on the prime component of the dish while hiding their deception with filler toppings.

Not only were they out of all of the proteins, except for sausage. Not one of my orders were correct and I paid for meat to be in the breakfast burrito. I’d advise to cut into your food before you drive off. They are cutting corners for sure.

Visiting from out of town and stopped here for a quick bite. So impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. Way to welcome us to Colorado! And the food was delicious too! Can’t wait to come back!

I was surprised by how small my burrito was. After looking at the other reviews for this location, it seems like this is a recurring problem. If you have a few extra minutes to spare, I highly recommend going to the location at 120th and Chambers instead.
