Harmony is by far the best part about this restaurant! She is the most amazing waitress that I have ever had, and we often decide to eat here because of her! She makes great recommendations and remembers her regulars everytime. We also enjoy the food, the chefs are great at what they do.

Not what it used to be. The salad bar was the best thing ever. No garlic mashed potatoes, even though they said they had them. The menu was overwhelming, not good simple delicious choices like they used to have. Drinks were definitely sugared, too overly sweet for us. Steak was flat piece of meat with fat. Was not offered steak sauce. Our servers were very friendly. Would not come back ever.

Tonight was the first time visiting a Ruby Tuesdays. It was amazing! Our waitress, Harmony, was an absolute sweetheart. Hands down the best service I’ve ever had! She talked highly about management and other employees. Mentioned the manager, Cody, will be excited to hear about new guests coming in and the wonderful feed back from us. ☺️ Food was delicious. I really enjoyed the salad bar too. Atmosphere was very warm and welcoming. My BF enjoyed it just as much as I did. We talked about it all the way home. It’s safe to say, we found our new favorite place to dine!

Had supper here on 7.11.2025 while staying in Bismarck, North Dakota. Initial I waited almost 10 minutes to acknowledged and after my server took my drink order she left for a personal reason and I had to wait again. The second server was Amazing and continuously checked on me. The food portions were not as generous compared to other locations.

Our Red Hat ladies group went to Ruby Tuesday’s in Bismarck, North Dakota this week. Our server, Paul, was an absolute delight! Charming, attentive, and excellent service! The food was hot, delicious and such a great variety! The salad bar is siesta a hit with ladies but the salmon bowl and chicken quesadilla are worth a mention, too! Lovely luncheon!

I just want to say we have came here twice in the last month and the staff here is so great. Food is fast and everything is very clean. Staff made me feel comfortable while my toddler was having a hard time staying in her seat. We will be back

This place is great! I asked for a table of 4 and was immediately seated. I ordered the Ruby Burger with fries and the all you can eat garden bar.
This place has great food, but the best part is the service! A HUGE shout out to Paul and Fuji. They are a couple that serve together and go above and beyond to make sure your experience is an amazing one.
If you ever go, ask to be seated wherever Paul and Fuji are.

I have not been to Ruby Tuesday in awhile. I went there while working out of town. Bridget, the bartender was amazing. Very attentive and observant. Food was good, maybe a little bit pricy for portion size but overall very satisfied.

Enjoyed the dinner. She had never been there before. The pulled pork was delicious and the burger was good as always. The sweet potato fries are well worth the extra add on. We were offered a taster of Boulder brewery chocolate beer and it was incredible!!
Server was awesome and drinks refilled. Coke products so I opted for an Arnold Palmer.
Can’t wait to go back!!

It won’t let me add a new review. I love this place. We call it our “cheers”. Many walk up to the table with my Arnold Palmer. One of my many favorites is Claire with an E. Hadn’t seen her for a while, beautiful tattoos. She remembered us and my drink. It’s great people like her that keep us going back. The food is pretty damn good too!
