I had a fantastic time at Hooters in Kansas City. The atmosphere is energetic and welcoming, making it a great spot to relax with friends or catch a game. The staff is friendly, attentive, and always ready to make sure you’re enjoying yourself.
The food is exactly what you’d hope for—crispy wings with plenty of flavor options, fresh sides, and cold drinks served quickly. Everything came out hot and delicious, and the portions were generous.
What really stood out was the combination of great service and fun vibes. Whether you’re here for sports, casual dining, or just hanging out, this location delivers consistently. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to others.

This is my first time at this particular location. Where I live all of these franchises are closed so it’s only when I travel do I get to experience this wonderful part of my past. I say that in the most loving and not superficial way. I was shocked just to see how much larger the menu is these days. It used to be nothing more than two pages. Enough of my reminiscing you want to know what my experience was like. Honestly, I expected that the standards may have slipped over the years. I’m proud to say Memphis staff knocked it out of the park! The food come of the service, everything was great! And I will admit that I’m a tough critic. A special thank you goes out to my server Elaina! She did her job very well and wasn’t afraid to be genuine while doing so. Thank you Elaina for helping me out! Happy early graduation. Now go design that building AND your own clothing line!

Hooters has really changed over the past couple years and not for the better. Really high wing prices for them some of the most pathetic sized wings out there. Hooters is supposed to be known for their wings, which is one of my favorite foods. That tiny little thing is from Hooters. The large to normal size wing is from the barbecue joint down the road.

Haven’t been in years first experience was in Jacksonville in 91 and instantly hooked wife n I on 3 Mile Island flavor, still fantastic and delicious still !
Was greeted politely and loudly and said thanks for the warm welcome which was ignored purposely by waitress as I sat down, not a good sign. I asked to switch a tv to the Thursday night NFL game, waitress said that TV never changes( it was one of few where seats faced the tv) but tried and had no luck I asked if I could move one section over facing a TV that had the game on, waitress asked if I could sit in main area instead. I said probably but then found all the seats were situated not facing the TV’s from either side you’d have to look sideways to watch the game so I asked again a bit more adamantly and was allowed to sit where I chose explaining my old neck would like it! Thanks for that, so I could tell she wasn’t happy with me but wow I was polite and goal was to have some wings watch the 1st half and go.
Meal was brought to me and slid towards me, and as she was retreating she asked if I needed anything else, I said yes “ can I get a plate,utensils and some napkins?” Aren’t those normally served with a meal? Especially napkins with wings? This stopped her retreat and was brought to me, and as I had almost finished my meal then recieved our most pleasant exchange to see if I needed anything else. She was actually polite as it became close to tip time! I always tip 20% unless something special was included or service was that bad. I still tipped %20 wish I hadn’t!
Spoke w a cook on his break nice guy told him food was still fantastic after all these years, also another employee approached me as I watched the game (left before 1st quarter ended not feeling very wanted) he said I looked unhappy and we talked even said a prayer together about life’s woes the young server could never understand I’m just a money device for that one.
Well that other dude was so nice hope you keep him working sounded like he needed it.
Hope your place stays afloat, besides the rude waitress your food is still
But can’t recommend anyone have to put up w that behavior from a child 35 yrs younger than me!

Wings were good when we finally got them.
Kitchen was terribly slow and the restaurant wasn’t even half capacity.
Waitress didn’t let us know the special of the dsy but was sweet to work with us to modify our order. Forgot simple things like the ranch and the kids meal for the one 5 year old at the table, was the last plastic out.

Went there for dinner with family and all was good till we got our food and as I was about to eat I noticed a hair in my food. Not only was it in on it but the hair was cooked within the batter of the wings. Never in my life have I been so disgusted. Waitress was quick to get it fixed but we did not even get a manager to stop by to check on us after this accident. I was a waitress for 10yrs and any time there was an issue with food we had to tell mgmt and they would stop at the table. But all this manager wanted to do is stand at ONE table and chat the whole time.

Ordered pick-up via doordash at 3:50pm. Estimated pickup time was 4:15pm the order was not ready. When I walked in no one was up front or greeted me. I walk to the bar and ask if this the pick up area? Not one employee spoke, before I asked. Its multiple of them standing around. The male employees were flirting with some of the girl employees inside and outside. I was told a few minutes it turned into a added 40 minutes. On top of the original estimated pick-up time. Instead of lying saying a few minutes be honest when someone arrive for pick-up. It was not busy at all. I dont get how the order wasnt ready on time. Just were a few customers there. I usually order via door dash delivery. Finally received my order at 5pm. The wings were not good. Only the burger was okay. The fries had no salt. Safe to say I will not be ordering here again.

Ordered via Door Dash around 8:30pm. Arrived within 40 minutes. Stapled closed, securing my food. I appreciate the food safety. Medium sauced wings and curly fries, no complaints. Everything was cooked and seasoned well.

Spectacular visit as most times are! This was the first time at this location and it was a success! Great waitress, atmosphere, food taste and temperatures, and drinks made to perfection! The facility was clean throughout and the seating was nicely arranged! There’s nothing we would’ve changed with this visit! Excellent job!

My business partner and I were in town for work and staying down the street and decided to come by for a few beers and to watch the game. We had a great time, all thanks to Lexie. Overall the bar was out of stock out of most things we wanted to drink(Crown Royal, Lime White Claws, Miller draft, Ultra draft, Bailey’s) just to mention a few. Luckily, Lexie was behind the bar and made up for the lack of alcohol/food this location was out of. Normally, I would say I’m never coming back but Lexie earned my business for Hooters for the rest of my life! Give this girl a raise and promotion!

We stopped here, one night on our vacation because it was close to our hotel. They weren’t very busy, but the hostess/server mention they were shortstaffed. She seated us immediately and was super friendly. She gave us time to order and grabbed our drinks immediately. Overall, I thought we had a great experience. Our food was correct, and it tasted great. Even with a large party of nine everything went very smoothly. The restaurant was clean as well as the bathroom.
