The food tasted good, but they gave us old rice which was hard and made me unsatisfied at the end. This place usually makes my bowls fine but they need to keep refreshing the rice more often and stop giving people old dried rice. I love chipotle but this one experience made me quite annoyed and had to reach out.

I usually love the food here and have never had an issue before, but this time the bowl was way too salty and overwhelmed the flavor (the new high protein bowl). That’s not what I’m used to from this place, since the food is normally really good. I’m hoping this was just a one-time mistake and not the usual standard.

I ordered online and was informed that they were out of chips and guacamole when I arrived to pick it up. The first associate asked if I would like a drink instead to replace it. I told her no since I had already ordered and paid for drinks. I asked for a refund instead since I ordered 3 chips and guacamole ($15). Another associate rudely came over to advise that I needed to contact support in the app. I advised that I did not order on an app. I ordered directly through the Chipotle website. She stated “well then go on the website for support to receive a refund. We cannot give you a refund”. The associate was very rude and unhelpful. Not to mention we did not receive our full order. Also, a salsa had not been properly closed and had spilled all over inside of the bag causing a huge mess. The Chicken bowl had barely any chicken. The other bowl did not have fajita veggies as requested. As a customer on vacation, looking for a good meal and experience. This was very disappointing and upsetting.

Although most Chipotle locations are almost identical to each other, there are two main types of those: the good locations and bad locations. This is one of the good locations. The service was very and they’re multilingual.
There are a few dirty tables, but overall cleaner than some locations. The food is consistently good, but I thought the queso was lacking in flavor. Overall, would recommend this location.

I have to give a huge shoutout to this Chipotle location because they absolutely nail it every single time I’m there. Even when the line is literally out the door, the staff stays so kind, patient, and incredibly efficient. You can tell they care about delivering great service—they move quickly without making anyone feel rushed, and they’re always so considerate with every order.

This was the most disgusting bow of food I’ve ever had, I had it delivered so I didn’t see how it was prepared. But if this is how they prepare food when you’re not there I don’t think I be going to chipotle ever again.

There were only 2 employees who were doing their best to serve a line of more than 10 people…
I hope the management reviews the entire operation of this Chipole.

I ordered a bowl through the app and when I get home I open it to what looks like a half eaten bowl. I take it back and the guy who claimed to be a manager did re-make it for me however this is apparently how he portions his food. I had to ask for more rice at least because he only filled one side of the bowl up. He wasn’t friendly but if im paying for the food then I expect to get a bowl full of food, not half way.

No chicken. Said it would be 15 minutes. My gf ordered carne asada in front of me and when I was asked, I said “same.” The language barrier (employee didn’t speak english) resulted in her giving me the steak, which looked awful. I then wanted corn, and they gave me a minuscule scoop. Instead of going to get more when I asked for more corn, he gave me about 3 more kernels. The corn is my favorite part about Chipotle. They were also out of Barbacoa. Chipotle is chipotle but this was weirdly egregious.

Absolutely terrible experience. After waiting nearly 20 minutes just for white rice to be ready, I finally got to the front of the line—only to be told that the only meat left was spicy steak, and they were out of carnitas, which is what I came to order. So not only did I waste my time waiting, but I had to leave without even getting food. On top of that, the employee wasn’t exactly polite about it either. Really disappointing.
