I’m usually not someone who posts complaints, especially about chain locations like this one, which I generally try to avoid. Unfortunately, this is the closest Chipotle to my home, and this particular location seems to be getting worse by the minute.
No matter what time I visit — morning, afternoon, or evening — they consistently run out of basic ingredients such as chicken, lettuce, and guacamole. I completely understand that some locations get extremely busy, but when this happens on every single visit, it points to a deeper operational issue.
Additionally, the employees’ attitude is often unwelcoming. I understand that having customers come in later in the evening (for example, around 10 PM when closing time is 11 PM or midnight) can be frustrating, but employees are still on the clock. If being cheerful isn’t possible, that’s understandable — however, taking frustration out on customers is not. Customers should not be treated poorly due to internal or personal issues.
To make matters worse, attempting to contact customer service to speak with an actual human being is nearly impossible. You can spend 30 minutes or more navigating automated prompts, only to be asked repeatedly for additional information without ever reaching a representative.
In my honest opinion, Chipotle as a brand — and this location in particular — continues to decline in both service and reliability. Overall, this experience has been disappointing and frustrating.
And yes, before anyone suggests taking my business elsewhere — I already have. Unfortunately, I also have two teenagers who swear by Chipotle… hopefully they’ll grow out of it.
I asked for the manager, no manager on site on my visit, but I was given this card.

I never leave negative reviews but geez, this chipotle earned it. I walked in to see the whole staff chit chatting in the back not even working just all standing around listening to music. After about 4 min someone finally mustard up the will to take my order, they we out of about half the items they offer, but they went to go get white rice from the back, which was not even cooked properly, they literally served raw rice in my burrito felt like I was eating rocks and pebbles, threw away the whole burrito. And then comes the time to pay, the employee serving the food yelled for a cashier to which the other employee replied “he can wait” to where I stood another 5 min for someone to charge me for the raw burrito. Staff was rude restaurant was disgusting not a single plastic Togo fork or clean table in the whole place. First and last time I’ll ever come to this location. (Rice does not mush, it literally snaps in half because it’s raw)

As important as the food should taste, is the basic upkeeping of the place.
Big room for improvement.
All garbages were full, syrups on multiple fountain sodas empty and lemonades recipients were empty.
We did let personnel know, and acted like he didn’t understand.
Definitely management was lacking.

The customer service at this Chipotle is absolutely terrible. The employees treat customers poorly and do everything with a bad attitude. One employee literally yelled at me and threw my burrito away just because I didn’t understand his question. He was asking which protein I wanted, but instead of saying “protein” (as it appears on the menu), he kept saying “meat.” English is not my native language, so I wasn’t expecting that wording. On top of that, the employee serving the food had an obvious angry expression the entire time. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience and honestly makes you not want to come back. We are so aware of how bad the service usually is that my wife prefers to order through the app to avoid dealing with the staff directly. Even then, her order took 40 minutes to be ready. Completely unacceptable. Not even ordering ahead guarantees decent service

I always come to this Chipotle, but it seems like they changed the manager because it keeps getting worse every time. Today I came and was really disappointed — I won’t be coming back. The chicken was salty, the employees had terrible attitudes, and when I asked for lemon and cilantro (which I always get since I eat here 3–4 times a week), they said they couldn’t give it to me. They didn’t even have green salsa or pico de gallo. Instead of improving, this location just gets worse, with smaller portions and food that’s served so carelessly it doesn’t even look appetizing

I simply ask the guy for more rice and he slammed his fist on the counter as if IM not paying for extra rice and meat !!! I was genuinely confused on why you’re getting frustrated cause you barely giving a full bowl that IM paying for. I had more steak than rice in my bowl. Everybody was great except him! He was a heavy set 50 year old mexican man.

This Chipotle location is the absolute worst!! This is probably my third time giving them a chance since moving into the area, each time has been disappointing. Something needs to be done about this place, especially since it is in a popular area. This restaurant is always unkept , the food is hardly ever fresh, the utensils and napkins aren’t stocked , and the customer service is atrocious (horrible attitudes). I placed an order for two burrito bowls through uber eats , one of the bowls I requested for EXTRA chicken… when I received the bowl there were literally 3 maybe 4 pieces of chicken. Very ridiculous. I’m sure cava will put this place (this specific location) out of business quite soon if something isn’t fixed!!! #DOBETTER

My experience at this location has progressively gotten worse. There are frequent outages. Today, there was no cheese and no containers for sour cream or any extras. This isn’t my first time experiencing outages at this location, which I have never experienced at any other location.
Today, however, was the straw that broke the camel’s back. The staff member who helped me with my order rushed me to the point where I became flustered. I was being rushed, when there was no one else in line.
They threw the food into the container as if it were being served to animals. And after all of that bad customer service. The rice was undercooked, and the chicken was hard. I will never visit this location again.
You never know what a person is going through and being rude and dismissive makes an okay day bad!

This place has been improving lately. Food seems a little bit fresher. They used to be always out of crispy taco shells and they usually have them, even the queso was extra creamy! The worker was friendly and helpful, his name was something like Jon Jizzo or something. 5 stars across the board!

I don’t know what is going on with this Chipotle, but it’s progressively getting worse. Every time we go we encounter order issues, extremely rude staff, product outages, and untimely fulfillment of online orders. If we order online, stuff is missing, orders aren’t made correctly, orders aren’t ready, system problems, etc. If we order in person, we get attitude, rude staff , and spoken to in the worst manner I’ve experienced in customer service in my life. Earlier this evening there was no brown rice, no carnitas, and no cheese. I can understand maybe being out of carnitas, but how are rice and cheese not available? We semi-jokingly asked for a discount since we’re paying full price and can’t even get a full order. We were told no. We almost walked out without taking the food, but we took it anyway. We have only continued trying this location because it’s so close to where we live, but it’s disappointing. We had a really long gap, maybe even a year long, where we didn’t go to Chipotle at all and the first time we tried it again a couple months ago, it had got way worse instead of better. The only saving grace is at least the food tastes good, but I’m not sure that’s enough to save it. Based on the other reviews, we are not the only ones experiencing these issues.
