Just watched as the workers demanded proof of a gentleman who came in with his service dog then laughed at him…just because he didn’t have the “service animal” harness on her. (I have seen him around town with his service dog in the “service animal” harness.) I hope he takes the appropriate steps necessary to address the issue.
It doesn’t matter what breed that the service dog is. That is the most WELL BEHAVED Pittie that I have EVER seen, aside from my own.
I’ve lost any amount of respect for this place that I still had…I do NOT recommend this location to anyone…

My Dad was having quadruple bypass at a nearby hospital and we came to this restaurant twice during his stay at the hospital. It was one the best experiences we’ve had with a Wendy’s, The manager, Mr. Dinockson was unbelievably kind and provided extra attention to us all and even remembered us from the first time. The food was very fresh and hot. We would highly recommend this location!

I ordered a Classic Chicken Sandwich and a bowl of chili via Door Dash. The food was good and I’d order it again. However my Dasher allegedly waited 20 minutes for my order which is hard to believe. I thought maybe the Dasher wasn’t being truthful so I called Wendy’s. The phone rang off the hook. They never answered in spite of multiple attempts. So I’ll never know what happened.

Wendys as a whole is struggling,but they’re trying. I noticed a downward decay in the restaurant in recent years unfortunately. As for this location in particular, the food was bad ( over fried chicken,cold fries)and the wait was excessive despite not being very busy.Older dining area as well . Wendys is hit n miss, especially if you’re not familiar with the area. This one Is a miss.
