Been coming to Los Cabos about once a month (on average) with my girlfriend; she loves Mexican and this is essentially our place.
The food has always been good. The service? Always been good. A very good menu with a decent amount of options, but not enough to be overwhelming.
We will keep coming back here and we will keep enjoying it. I’m excited to go back for their various live events, such as the upcoming Valentines live music event (if you read this review after January 2026, that event may not apply).

We stopped in for a dinner with our kids. Great menu and decor. Our server was fantastic and very considerate of our gluten free requirements making sure to have separate hips for the nachos. All in all we had a great experience in a unique place. We will be back

After 4 days visiting the area, we encountered this unique spot called “Los Cabos Cantina & Grill” in Whitby. It highly recommended!!!! The chef Kristine, definitely knows what she’s doing. Everything was delicious!!! Silvia will take good care of you as well, she’s attentive and polite. Thank you!

My colleagues and I drove all the way from Toronto after a conference just to eat at Los Cabos & Cantina Grill in Whitby — and it was absolutely worth the trip. The fajitas were incredible, the tacos were packed with flavour, and the barbacoa taco in particular is to die for. Easily one of the best Mexican meals we’ve had in a long time.
The atmosphere was great, the service was friendly, and the food came out fresh and fast. This place definitely earned its 5 stars from us.
One small wish: we’d love to see birria added to the menu in the future. With the quality of everything else, I can only imagine how amazing it would be here.

Found this place while in a tournament in Durham I was really craving tacos so the girls and I came to this establishment based on their Google reviews that were their previous.
We were greeted very pleasantly. It wasn’t too busy yet as it just turned to lunch the waitress gave some really great suggestions. Even though our interaction was within with one waitress, it still set the vibe that everybody in this establishment really enjoys working here.
The atmosphere was very welcoming and definitely set the mood for all the margaritas and tacos that we could possibly want. The food itself very flavourful. Definitely a great hidden gem in Durham.

Absolutely loved our meal at Los Cabos! The food was absolutely delicious—full of flavour and beautifully prepared. The portions were generous, definitely enough for two meals, which made it a great value. Service was fast and friendly, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a satisfying and tasty dining experience!
