I went through the drive-thru on 9/19 at 10pm for a quick burger.
It was honestly one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. It was so hot and fresh. I’ve been thinking about it ever since, as I never eat fast food.
The young men working were super nice as well.
I had previously left a bad review a while back regarding a pickup order being soggy. I now realize it’s probably because the hot burgers were wrapped in foil, where the steam made them mushy and soggy.
Getting it fresh, right away, is 1,000% better than doing a pickup order.

The food tastes great. Chicken tenders are definitely a top tier for fast food. Burgers are great as well.
My only complaint is they have “mac & cheese” listed on their kids meals but apparently have never sold mac & cheese.

The manager guy with the long ponytail has such a bad attitude for it being close to Christmas; I just got off a 8am-7pm shit to buddy. My bf and I get two burgers, one with no onion, fries, cheese curds and two drinks. We pull around, pay, the guy gives us a fake smile says Merry Christmas and looks at us like now run along. We check our food cause this place is notorious for forgetting stuff and there’re onions on both sandwiches and no cheese curds. My bf walks inside says nothing about the onions and asks for cheese curds and extra sauce; he’s not a mean fella; bro was wearing a star wars shirt… the manager is like nahhh; they were in thereee; did you check all the boxes and my bf is like ya I can pay for more it’s fine; the manager starts shaking his head mad (I’m in the car watching eating fries) and my bf takes the cheese curds and asks for extra sauce like we did when we first ordered at the window and he just say sorry man, shakes his head and walks to the back; my bf just came back outside. Like what lame workers… definition of put the fries in the bag

This place definitely isn’t really easily accessible to turn into, but worth it! The food was great and fast. What really made our visit was the staff though. Very helpful, attentive and fast. Without even asking the man taking our order repeated everything on every item we ordered to make sure we got exactly what we wanted.

I have not been to a Freddy’s in a while since there is a Culver’s nearby so I thought I would stop in and give them a try, but the service was terrible. The girl that took my ordered over the speaker was very rude. She started out by asking my name, and I replied back with we are not ready we are still reading the menu. She was very controlling and assisting that I needed to give her my name anyway even if was not ready to order. Wow what did she not understand I told her that I was not ready and would guve her my name when I was ready, but still she insisted. I went ahead and gave her my name to make her happy. She told me to let her know when I was ready. Now having our minds made up I told her I was ready and no response. I waited like five minutes and ask her again if she was ready and she said yes she been ready. I was like wow what an attitude. Anyhow we ordered. One of the items I ordered was a small shake and when I received it, it was very small like in a kids cup. I question her about it and was told that was a small. I paid 5.42 for something that look like it had maybe 3 oz. Needless to say I was not happy with the attitude the and size of shake I received. I hate to tell you, but Culver’s has got Freddy’s beat. Their customer service is much better and their small shakes are much bigger. I been to Sonic also and they have Freddy’s beat as well. I don’t care about McDonald’s. But with the other competition around you I would think you would want to do better.

We used to go here a lot but more & more recently we haven’t been getting our whole meal. I ordered a 5 piece chicken tender meal & only recieved the fries but didn’t realize until I was home. I get that in hind sight I should’ve checked, but my dinner shouldn’t depend on me double checking someone’s JOB.
