I really only eat here in the mornings because Mcdonalds wont sell me real food until 10:30AM.
The burger isnt as good, kinda gross, and I ordered large mozzarella sticks only for them to not give me marinara sauce. I order back in to see if I can get some & they said sure, but never came. I just tossed the burger & marinara & sat in Mcdonalds for a few hours till they could sell me what I wanted.
Sonic was a waste of like $16 bucks..

I was there tonight and while i waited for my order i overheard a you g man yelling at the customers through the speakers and being very rude to the customers. It was not a good look for the store as it is normally a great experience.

Sonic idk what’s going on with your service but pushing out food just for productivity vs quality is a shame. We ordered chicken strips and got chicken fingers- which by the way it’s not an item to choose from. Food looks like I ordered from Bk. You should never push food out the door that does not represent your company. Not to mention the $$$ is high now for an order- so I should get quality period.

Wednesday My Mom and I bought a Jr cheeseburger deluxe It was really good.. We went to Taco Bell today next-door and it was awful. I recommend eating at sonic thank you for great service and great food.

Food quality is good, and the carhops have great customer service. I’m just bashing whoever is responsible for the upkeep of this place. Sick and tired of ordering my food, and the screens are messed up where I can’t see the button to pay, cash, card, or other. I’m sure the car hops are sick and tired of having to take a card inside and back out to the customer. Whoever owns this place, man up and pay out for some maintenance, because your order screens needs it bad!
