The fries are literally always crappy. They taste old and are never hot and fresh. Sometimes the entrees are the same way. I keep coming here hoping the food will improve, but it never does. I suggest eating elsewhere.

I mean, the customer service is OK like to be honest you expected a little bit better than what it was known around you asking you how are you doing or how was your morning or how did you do today or anything like that was more like here’s your food. Have a nice day kind of scenario. I mean the service was good, but it was fast but the problem is that Girl just walked right past me that that works there and just goes. Oh you’re here and I’m like what so I don’t know. I think of the service could be a little bit better.

Wanna get scolded for not picking up your mobile app order properly. I was picking up for a friend and saw no need to stop at the drive thru order screen so went to the window instead. Guy at the window scolded me for not doing it properly. What a petty thing to do to a customer. Not the first time I’ve had bad service at this location. Won’t be going back. Too many other good choices in the area.

I don’t eat very often at Wendy’s but went there at the request of my wife. I ordered the Taco Salad. The lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and corn were all together, but there was no meat. Odd. They gave me a bowl of chili to put on my salad. I tried their chili before putting anything on my salad. There were about three pieces of meat. The beans were hard and needed to be cooked longer. I didn’t put it on my chili. The baked potato my wife ordered was not fresh. On top of that we went through the drive thru so we were too far away to return it as we were returning home to Phoenix.

HORRIBLE service. Makes you order from kiosk. Can only choose ONE sauce flavor for 50 nuggets and 3 fries. Lady (cap and black hair) at counter wouldn’t change out because “She already handed out on tray.” NEVER HAD THIS FROM A WENDY’S. Says she would have to charge us more…. after spending $60. Can’t give 2 more bbq. Well won’t be using this chain again. Rarely leave bad reviews, let alone 1 star. Usually have something decent to say. BAD Experience over probably twenty cents. Management needs to fix.

Arrived at store location at 8:22 AM dining room is still closed. It is notated on the door that dining room opens at 6:30am thank you for the false advertisement. It is 28° out side and have 2 kids. I waited for a little bit to see if you guys might be running late on unlocking the doors. You guys had a guy taking trash out. He would not even acknowledge me and went back in to the store. I will be taking my business somewhere.

The cold brew coffee was given to me with ice completely melted, so I just dumped it down the drain. I ordered a bacon biscuit combo, a burrito combo, a honey biscuit with a sausage muffin on the side and got two bacon biscuits a burrito and a chicken biscuit. This is a consistent theme at this Wendy’s and I would know as I served 2 years at the other one across town. Just do your job please

sign on the door says dining room opens at 6:30. its 8:15 and the doors are still locked. i went to the drive thru window to ask about it and the attendent saw me then quickly turned away and hid from me, ignoring my polite knocking on the window.
