Visited here in Tuesday morning and there were plenty of seats available for dine in.
All the staff were attentive and friendly. I placed an order for a cup of hot Cappuccino via McDonald’s APP and I added extra milk. The female staff fulfilled my customized requirements and quickly made it.
The store was clean and cozy.

This is the 7th or 8th time my order from this McDonald’s has been wrong in the exact same way. I order a sausage biscuit with cheese, NO egg. I am allergic to egg!!!!! Yet again, my sandwich had egg.
The coffee and organic apple juice were correct. The hash brown was included but was cold. The main item I needed to actually eat was wrong.
I have already spoken to the manager about this pattern and was told it’s usually the same employee around the same time. If that’s known, why hasn’t it been corrected? This has been happening for months.
It’s 9:06 AM. I woke up with a migraine. I take 17 medications daily and needed to eat before appointments. Instead, I have food I cannot eat and have to deal with credits again through DoorDash.
This location is 5–10 minutes from my home, which is why I order from here. At this point, this is not a one-time mistake. It’s a repeated issue.
This is clearly a sign for me to be done with McDonald’s completely.
Very disappointed.

Waited in the drive thru line for almost 30Min, finally ordered a Deluxe Chrispy Chicken and had to pull up to the second or third window and wait even longer when I got my sandwich there wasn’t any tomatoes, let lettuce, just a little bit of mayo on burnt bread. I told management about it. She didn’t care. The first response was here’s your money back. Back hold on and she walked away

Seems like everytime I go to this McDonald’s, they somehow always get my order wrong. Whether it’s forgetting an extra syrup I ordered or giving me spicy chicken sandwich when I ordered the deluxe. They always forget something or get something wrong. I don’t have time to be going back everytime, and honestly, I’d rather go to a McDonald’s further away than this one at this point.

If you are going to get breakfast here at this specific location after 10:30 on the dot, do not bother. On the app and every other location they stop serving breakfast at 11, but for some reason at this location specifically they stop at 10:30. Doesn’t matter if you order ahead or not. Wish they would update that. 3 times I have ordered ahead and had shown up at 10:35 or 10:40 and wasn’t able to get my food even with paying ahead.

We always get screwed through the drive-thru specifically when we got no sauce for our chicken McNuggets and somebody’s elses McDoubles were labeled as our McChickens, fortunately we always get friendly fast and courteous service but the wrong items.
