I gave 1 star because the food was very disappointing. The biryani had too much oil and the taste was not good at all. I asked them to remake it, and they did with less oil, but it still didn’t taste good. I also asked for raita, and they gave sweet raita — no one eats biryani with sweet raita.
I went to this restaurant mainly because it had a 4.8 rating, but my experience was nowhere close to that. Definitely not worth it.

Palace
This was experience.. point blank there is no other way to describe this restaurant. The staff are almost too kind and will truly wait on you in such an old fashioned sense. Pulling out chairs, opening menus, pouring your drinks, carting your food to the table, giving you a wet towel to clean your hands. Truly a remarkable and an absolutely memorable on too. But to top it off, the food was impeccable, a basic dish like chicken curry is done to perfection the aroma is amazing and so flavorful. Please please pleasee come here I couldn’t say it more if they paid me to say it. For anyone looking for their first Indian experience do yourself a favor and visit pink garlic their many can suit all your tastes.

rom the moment I walked in, I knew this place was going to be something special! I love a good hole in the wall spot, and this one did not disappoint. The staff was so kind, and the food was honestly some of the best Indian I’ve had in town. The garlic cheese naan was phenomenal a must try! I ordered the chicken korma (so flavorful), and my friends got the tikka masala, biryani, and chicken tandoori everything was amazing! Super authentic flavors, generous portions, and just an all-around great experience. I’ll definitely be back (or ordering takeout soon)!

Amazing Indian food and outstanding service! Everything we ordered was phenomenal. The appetizers came out fresh and flavorful, setting the tone for an incredible meal. The tandoori chicken was tender and smoky, the butter chicken was rich and creamy, and the chicken tikka masala was packed with flavor. The lamb biryani was aromatic and perfectly spiced. The naan was warm, soft, and perfect for dipping. The staff were top-tier, incredibly kind and attentive, and even surprised our table with free mango lassis. Easily one of the best Indian restaurants!

The food is outstanding, dinner for two yes please. Tendory mix plate I recommend if you are looking for protein and to share. It comes in a fajita skillet sizzling out of the kitchen if you are ordering very spicy be sure to have the whole restaurant coughing but you will enjoy every last bite of the delicious food they serve here. Love this place will be coming back for sure.

I took my date here yesterday 2/16/26. She had never had indian food but was excited to give it a try. I looked for an Indian spot close to her place and decided to give PGIC a try. We ordered a mixed appetizer platter, Butter Chicken, Tandoori Lamb, Garlic Naan and Rice. Every bite was filled with the most amazing flavors and dialed in spice. The restaurant was clean, neat and organized. The service was outstanding. I also ordered us two Mango Lassi to go. They we the perfect digestiif. 5

The food was excellent, and the mango lassi was a star. We had to order a second one, it’s that good!
Spice levels available from none at all to a good amount of spice. Everything is done fresh and therefore substitutions/changes are easy to make.
The server and everyone working there were so helpful, involved, and just happy to hear your feedback on the food.

Pink Garlic Indian Cuisine in Allen Park never disappoints! The food is packed with flavor—everything tastes fresh and authentic. The butter chicken was perfectly balanced, and the garlic naan was the best I’ve had in a while.
