My wife had never been here before. The girl behind the counter was fantastic. Very friendly and informative. My wife had a chicken, cheddar bacon sandwhich on a croissant and tomato basil. I had the croquet monsieur with a Caesar. I thought it was all very good. The place was empty and the table next to us had not been bussed. The service was slow. I was surprised that you cannot get the bread and jam yourself, you have to request it and they give you tiny slices. Because of the service I received by the girl behind the register, I will be back for another try.

I had to go ask for the extra croissant I ordered. The quiche tasted like frozen food. I ordered a mocha coffee. It had to have been microwaved. There’s no way it could be that hot otherwise. When it finally cooled down enough to drink I had to throw it away because it was not good. There’s restroom was dirty. I will not be back to this location.

The food was okay, but the restaurant didn’t feel very clean overall. I also had an issue at checkout — I was charged for a regular drink, but the cashier initially gave me a small and didn’t want to get the correct cup. I had to request a refund before she finally brought the right size. That said, the other employees were friendly and helpful. This location has potential but could definitely use some improvement.

The manager is excellent. He gave us a choice of free cake because our chicken friand had to be prepared on Valentines day.. Did not wait so long anyway. Friendly folks, excellent service. Went back today again for the delicious affordable food! Thank You!

I recently visited La Madeleine and had the pleasure of trying their newly updated menu—what a treat! I ordered the Avocado Toast and a waffle, and both were absolutely perfect. The new twist on the Avocado Toast was deliciously fresh and flavorful, and the waffle had just the right amount of crispiness and sweetness. The staff here never disappoints; they’re always so friendly and attentive. The restaurant was spotless as usual, creating such a welcoming atmosphere. Today, we were lucky enough to snag a spot by the cozy fire, making the experience even more delightful. La Madeleine continues to be a go-to spot for amazing food and warm vibes!

Although I don’t have a sweet tooth, I liked their danish and cheesecake. They are not too sweet, I found them to be the right amount of sweet. My wife who loves desserts also liked it. They have nice seating areas both indoor and outdoor. Nice employees. Although I didn’t try their other items, they looked delicious to me. We are gonna go again soon to try the other items.

I used to really love this place, but it has lost much of the charm that made it special. The food now often tastes frozen and reheated, and the bakery selection isn’t what it used to be before covid. Service has slowed noticeably, and it frequently feels like the staff is understaffed. Tables are rarely cleaned, which makes the dining experience less enjoyable while looking for a place to dine. And those tables that have been cleared off still have crumbs and are sticky.
On my most recent visit, my usual order arrived with the bottom overcooked, and the tomato basil soup tasted off–both rancid and overly acidic. What was once a great little stop has unfortunately declined significantly.

Had a dine in dinner experience. Atmosphere and service was great, however the pasta was unfortunately really bland. It looked really appealing and was served hot however not much flavor was in the sauce – came out watery. I’ll try this location again in case it was a one meal mistake that didn’t turn out great because I usually have a great experience at La Madeline.

I really wanted to like everything, but my wife’s sandwich was supposed to have cheese and horseradish and it only had the meat and bread. Although the dipping sauce tasted great, that detracted from the overall experience. My sandwich was delicious with a finely crusted bread, egg, and melted cheese I thoroughly enjoyed. The tomato and basil soup contained and ambundance of flavors without a salty base. I hope to go back and try again for a better experience and most of it was delicious.
