Eating out is a special event right now with everything being so expensive. My family has always enjoyed Applebees in the past and we received a gift card this holiday so we decided to make use of it.
Ordered on the app and the ready time said 4:55 pm. I waited curbside for twenty minutes and still had not received my order. It was pretty much pitch black outside the restaurant so I went inside. Employees conversed with one another and ignored me even though they saw me walk in the door. As they scurried away i said excuse me and explained I had waited for quite some time for my order. I was told to wait with half a dozen other people at the bar waiting for the same reason. After a short while I finally got my food. The spicy chicken sandwich was very over cooked and inedible. The onion ring appetizer was cold and our sodas were mostly ice… my son took two drinks and my daughter chuckled he already hit bottom.
My message to the management and ownership… if people are spending hard earned money to frequent your restaurant then you need to at least meet if not exceed expectations or people will not return.

Did an online order, for 632, almost an hr wait. When, i got there I kept waiting and waiting just about an hr later received the food, Idk what was happening. The food was blah, service was terrible! Never again, didn’t get my sauces for food that asked for. Aksed for a well done steak and it wasn’t I did get 5 dollars off for the wait, Thank you for that but no never again!

These answers are based on lunch time. This is a quiet time, no lines, food comes out quickly, tastes great and they have meal “deals”.
I absolutely HATE that management makes you pay by the machine at the table. It is very impersonal, you aren’t able to say, thanks to your server. I understand this helps during busy times and if you are under 35. We go as a slow time and are well past 35!

The server Austin was truly exceptional. He went above and beyond for us when they were understaffed on Christmas Eve. Kind, knowledgeable and personable. I would recommend this location.

First this is my favorite . The host JAY is coustemer excellent. Almost feel like fam walking in. I go in here and there for a few drinks and a bite 2 eat. Jay makes rounds and makes sure the guest r good and have everything they need or ask 4 .

ordered this for delivery and only got three whole waffle fries. far from the advertised photo. not very filling. i also ordered the apple pie which came as a small bite sized portion and without any pecans or caramel sauce. even my “triple” cherry shirley came with a whopping Zero cherries!!!!

Went to Applebee’s tonight! It’s our usual November 11th spot to go! Gotta say the service from Nathan was excellent! Wish everyone gave his kind of service! He was on top of everything! Very professional & courteous!

This was not in the restaurant I ordered this from Uber Eats, but I just want to know how you are suppose to eat a salad without dressing? This is not Uber eats fault this is Applebees fault. I called to just make them aware of what happened so they don’t mess up someone else’s order. I didn’t ask to speak to a manager they said I’ll transfer you to my manager and then was hung up on . That is why I am now leaving a review . Please check the bag when putting a to go order out and make sure that you have everything they ordered in the bag.

I have never been to this Apple bees location before and I was sat and warmly greeted by my wonderful server named Kristen. She was absolutely fantastic and made sure I had everything I needed. Would come back here for the great food and incredible service thank you Kristen!
