They really screwed up the whole business, I guess a couple of domb people that think they know it all change the whole menu wich had great ingredients. A real
good meal at a good price , the store was full all the times all the days of the week. Them this know all screwed up everything in the menu , they start with eliminating what ninety nine percent were going to for a good spanish plate , arrow con Pollo and frejoles negros.
Also they took away the bar table with different ingredients tha were great. The thought that they could take away thing from the customers
I remember how hard it was just to get salt and pepper, they were rationalized at their discretion, and so many thing that they took away mani of the customers to just forget about and just stop Goin to POLLO TROPICAL..

Went late night, instead of parking me and making fresh chicken they served my super dried and old chicken. Couldn’t eat it, it was super hard!!

This pollo tropical actually sucks deadass waiting who knows how long for yuca bites. They told me they needed to be fried and asked me if I wanted to wait or get something else. I chose to wait. Nobody told me where to park or where to wait so I just parked at the parking lot. Then I waited in my car for a good 20min… and I doubt it takes that long to deep fry cheese and yuca. So I go inside and nobody is even concerned with the fact that I’m just standing waiting near the pickup counter so I go the cashier and he tells me to ask the pickup area. They had no idea someone was parked waiting for yuca bites… so unorganized and so annoying the lack of communication is insane. Get urself together and have designated parking spots like McDonald’s does and keep yourselves organized.

Half the staff dont speak English. Told me to park my car and they would bring food to me. Brought my food with no utensils and no sauce… had to go inside just to wait in another line

I invite you to check my reviews I am usually a very positive reviewer but this restaurant deserves a bad review, let me explain why:
The full experience was awful, horrendous, disgusting
Let’s starts with the general cleaning of the store if it’s some… all the tables were dirty. we seat in one that had the less remaining of food. Plates, forks, napkins and food everywhere. Please do not use the restrooms! Even my 5yo didn’t want to wash her hands because everything was poorly maintained.
They had between 6-8 people in the kitchen. they looked relaxed and were talking between them. unfortunately, the cashier was all the opposite with us. Then, the order came wrong, Yellow rice instead of white, mango lemonade sold but none in existence. The chicken was not full cooked. Also, they did not have napkins, mango frozen.

Ever since they changed the manager everything has been running smoothly. Love the manager for taking on such a hefty role. It’s definitely a thankless job, but I see you! Keep up the great work!

Got a tropichop to go and it was not very good. This place has been losing quality and increasing prices. It used to be my favorite place to order takeout but those times are over.

The chicken was burned out, the place dirty, they didn’t have napkins and the trash containers were overwhelmed. I spoked with the manager and showed the burned chicken and dirty place and I called customer service.

I paid close to $20 for this meal with a flan. Second time this happens to me in this particular location. Both chicken were burnt and hard edges, making chicken super dry.. and let’s mention the rice portion.. I’ve ordered kids meal that came with more rice than this. This makes the employees seem like they don’t care about the restaurant nor their customers satisfaction.. I’m so mad, $20 short and still hungry. never going there ever again!
