Service was pretty fast and food portions are pretty good. We were 4 of us and ordered our own entrees. But all of us couldn’t finish our portions and took them home.
Some of the entrees were either oily than we would have liked or would have preferred more flavour. Maybe we dint order the right things.
But all in all a good restaurant and we wouldnt mind visiting again to try other options.
This is our second time- I don’t think we will return- quite a drive for us and$20 lukewarm entree not appetizing- I see by the comments of the owner they would like you to say something when there is a problem But I don’t trust sending my food back to the kitchen to be heated up-
Previous visit:
we ordered general Tao, almond chicken, egg drop soup, hot sour soup, spring rolls-
Everything came out super fast- My husband really enjoyed the egg drop soup- hot sour was ok- It was lukewarm in temp and lacked the peppery sour taste I’m use to- For $5 I wasn’t impressed- The spring rolls were ok- Small and almost $3 not worth the price-
The entrees were on point- The best General Tao and by far the best almond chicken we’ve had in the metro Detroit area- BUT my GT was lukewarm— Nothing was hot like it had just been prepared and served-
Portion sizes were ok but not like my go to Chinese restaurant where the carryout containers are always overfilled.
