Was looking forward to going to Buffalo Wild Wings last night and unfortunately my party of 5 and myself (6). Quickly found our self’s in disappointment.
After waiting an hour to get apps and another 40 minutes to get food. Our party was displeased to say the least.
On top of bad service combined with bad food to top off this bad experience one our meals had plastic in it.
Waiter did not once refill drinks we went to self serve at the counter to refill.
After discussing our dissatisfaction with our server, they stated quote”I can not serve you.”
Finally after a long wait, manager comped our orders which I appreciated, but won’t be coming back anytime soon.

Waited over an hour. Sadly we sat and watch most the tables around us get served even after coming in and ordering after us and having larger parties. We were a group of 4 and only order a drink and one entree each. Can’t rate the food because we didnt get it. Would not recommend eating at this location.

This was an extremely disappointing dining experience. While the food itself tasted good, the customer service was completely unacceptable. After realizing the All American Burger was missing from my order, I called the store to resolve the issue. However, the person who answered left me waiting on the line for more than 12 MINUTES, during which I could clearly hear them chatting and laughing with colleagues in the background, completely ignoring me. I was forced to hang up and call again.
On the second call, the staff member who answered showed clear impatience and a dismissive attitude, repeatedly asking my girlfriend to restate our simple request—to deliver the missing burger—until we eventually decided it was less stressful just to request a refund.
While the food quality met expectations, the severe lack of professionalism and courtesy from the phone representatives ruined the overall experience. I hope management addresses these customer service issues promptly, as they significantly detract from the dining experience at Buffalo Wild Wings.

Normally I dine in and eat and drink. This time I ordered my food from the BWW app and the food that is usually really good, was not. The bone-in wings were really hard and dry along with the boneless naked ones as well. I was very disappointed. However, one bad experience doesn’t make nor break the experience. The food is still unbelievably good, hot, and fresh. So, Thank you BWW for my food and experience. This doesn’t detour me from coming back…

Truly the worst bdubs I have ever been to. 1 of the 7 occasions I’ve ordered takeout from here has the order been correct. One. One order has been correct. I’ve reached out multiple times for a resolution and nothing in response. One of these orders came completely naked! No sauce. No seasoning.

Incredible waste of time on multiple occasions. We frequent the Buffalo Wild Wings in Savoy for take out.They are EXTREMELY inconsistent with their food quality.Today I got wings with bad taste, overcooked, some uncooked and some with blood I’am done with Savoy location‼️ Champaign BWW is a lot better compared to Savoy.

I completed the Blazin’ Wings Challenge at this location back in May and still haven’t received the shirt they promised.
Before starting, I specifically asked about the shirt and was told they had them. I finished the challenge, they brought out the light, took my picture for their wall, and only then told me they were out of shirts and to come back in a few days.
I came back two days later – still no shirt. They said they would mail it to my home. Since then I’ve called multiple times over several months, spoken with different managers, and kept being told it would be mailed “soon.” It’s now November and I still haven’t received anything.
The challenge is advertised with a prize, and I held up my end. The lack of follow-through, honesty, and basic customer service from this location is really disappointing.

placed order online to be delivered . was never delivered. tried to order again for pick upand encountered an error ordering online. called the store but they can’t put the order in because it’s only an order you can do online. Tried to order food twice and ended up with NO FOOD.

The table was sticky with what appeared to be a wing sauce that had been barely cleaned off.
I used the restroom just after being seated. The restroom smelled like urine, the trash was full, it was out of paper towels and the sinks, mirrors & floors were dirty.
Our server was taking orders and seating people while eating out of a bag of Trolli sour gummy worms.
We (family of four) ordered endless apps, starting with cheese sticks. The cheese sticks arrived at 8:00 pm. We were supposed to get two trays of six cheese sticks. We only received one tray of six cheese sticks. Two of the cheese sticks on the tray were hot and you could tell they were freshly fried, the other four cheese sticks were cold to the touch.
When we finally received our other cheese sticks, they were overcooked and the cheese had melted completely out of them and just been piled up on top of them by whoever put them on the tray.
At about 8:08 pm we asked for another round of endless apps-cheese sticks.
Our entrees arrived at 8:18pm.
33 minutes after we ordered them. The restaurant was approximately half full and there were more than one server just standing around doing nothing, the majority of the time that we were there.
The boneless chicken wings were so hard that it broke one of the tines of the plastic forks that they gave us. My gums hurt from chewing the chicken wings, and they coated our wings in the wrong (spicy) sauce.
There was one female server that was working her butt off, and doing it with a smile on her face!
Overall, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Buffalo Wild Wings, anywhere. Thoroughly disappointed.

Fries are skimpy at best anymore. Very little given. Other then that was good. Refills frequent. Wasn’t long to be seated and so on. Burgers and wings are always fire. But portions as far as sides are way lower then used to be
