I went to the drive-thru around 10pm on Friday night. 1 car ahead of me. 10 minutes later, it’s my turn. “Unless you’re paying with cash, we can’t do it.”
“No problem, I’ll use my card.”
Silence for two minutes.
“Did you say cash?”
“No, card.”
I order a burger and had to wait 10 minutes after pulling beyond the drive thru for an attendant to bring it out.
If this sounds like a great deal for $10, I might add, I paid them….

Employees were incompetent and extremely rude. I ordered a large frosty coffee. They gave me a small cold brew. I told them it was small and probably wrong they ignored me. Not to mention I saw them finishing the coffee and the over filled it to the point the dumped the coffee off the top and spewing out the sides. They didn’t wipe it off and handed it to me dripping wet. I asked for napkins to wipe it off and they ignored me, watching the coffee drop on my leg. Then rudly told me to pull up to the door…. Definitely never going here again. Looks like a lot of other people in these reviews have had issues too. I mean fast food is over priced as it is especially Wendy’s. I feel like I was stole from. Like technically the took money from me cause the item I received was less than what I ordered. Kinda fraud… I’m pissed

⭐ 1 Star — Rude and Unprofessional Drive-Thru Service
I rarely leave reviews, but this Wendy’s drive-thru was a mess. The employee was huffing and rushing me after I had to correct my order twice. She interrupted me mid-order, clearly annoyed, and cut me off before I could even say what drink I wanted.
At the window, I was handed a small Frosty instead of the medium I ordered. When I pointed it out, she claimed it was a medium — it wasn’t. I handed it back and left. If basic courtesy and accuracy are too much to ask, I’ll take my business elsewhere.
