This is a pleasant sandwhich restaurant. The staff is always friendly no matter what time it is. Spuds and soups are always hot and tasty. Very inviting atmosphere. Lunch crowd is always a packed one. Lots of sandwiches to choose from and they even have a pick two where you can combine half of a sandwich with a soup or spud of your choosing. This place also has kids meals. Always a sure bet with this place. Also don’t forget the tea here it’s hard to beat with different flavors you can add as well.

I’m not going to lie I used to avoid this restaurant as much a possible the last few times we came here the service was rude and the food was subpar at best. We decided to give it another chance and man let me tell y’all they blew the expectations right out of the water. The customer service was amazing. The lady at the register did an amazing job. Within 5 minutes the manager brought out all three of our meals and checked up on us twice during meal. I don’t know what’s changed within the year but keep up the good work y’all.

Slow service, went from fairly empty to packed lobby very quickly. Food was slow to come out and the BBQ melt had very little meat. Literally the tomato slice was thicker than the meat. I think at one point there were twenty people waiting on togo orders

Damn what a bummer this place was. My first time trying and the food was just so disappointing. Tiny sandwich, stale bread, barely any meat. The soup was flavorless. And for $15?! Sorry but I will not be spending my money there. Panera bread flavors are 100% better and worth the price, but not this joint.

I ordered mccalisters of off uber eats today. I ordered a mccalisters club. A kids meal ham and cheese toastie, no cheese. The pictures show what we got. I called the store, and the manager was apologetic, professional, and fixed the issues.

I finally was able to dine in instead of ordering online and I’m glad I did. I always get their Savannah Chopped Salad, but I also wanted to try their potato soup. The soup wasn’t the best, but the salad was on point as always!
