This place was disgusting. None of the employees except one was wearing gloves while making food. All the trash cans are overflowing. The tables were all dirty. No napkins in the dispenser. Patty was very dry as well. Only 3 people including myself in the lobby. Around 5:00pm

Ok before you doubt the rating this is for one reason : service.
A lot of places, especially fast food, don’t have enough staff and/or they just don’t care. We ordered on the app as we pulled into the parking lot. By the time we walked in the door and washed our hands they were calling our name. This was all during lunchtime. Well done folks

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!!! I stopped going to this place a long time ago and just had a craving for a double cheeseburger and fries, thinking they may have gotten better hut no, I lost my appetite after just taking my order because they were so rude and didn’t even acknowledge my order was done. Then the fries and soda were nasty the burger looked like it was thrown together 6ft away and set out for 5 mins. Then they don’t even know how to wrap them up they both came with burger hanging out of paper, so sad this is what McDonald’s has come too. Waste of $ RIP I’m never coming back!

I have to say this was the absolute best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to.. every single worker was super friendly and they all had amazing attitudes..the service was quick and everything was nice and hot..I definitely recommend this McDonald’s to anyone who is hungry and close by..bahdahbahba I’m loving it

I come here a lot, I’ve had bad experiences & good experiences. But today I want to give recognition to a young lady by the name of Savannah working. Her customer service was admirable. I was blown away at how she approached customers sitting down, asking them if they needed anything , and reassuring customers that their order was coming up. Great customer service skills. The line for drive through wrapped around store. After sitting for 10 minute with no movement I left the McDonald’s and went to the Hardee’s that was very close. Had fast service there. This was the second McDonald’s we had stopped at on Eastern shore. The first one, north of this one, was also very crowded. People inside were saying they had been waiting for 30 min.

Absolute worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I came here for fast food, not a slow motion horror movie. Waited an hour inside for our food. The only thing fast about this McDonald’s is how quickly my hope and patience died. People were politely asking for refunds and supposedly there was no manager. Honestly it didn’t look as if the place was properly staffed. One person cooking and one person serving with the priority being drive thru. lt was 7:30am and the employees looked like they were part of a hostage negotiation. And honestly, SAME. When the manager finally came around she had a terrible attitude and was rude when people politely asked for a refund.
There are bugs all over the dining lights. The trash cans were overflowing. The bathrooms weren’t clean. The baby changing station is broken and a safety hazard.

There was one Spanish guy that was running orders all around and getting drinks and he was incredibly patient and very nice given the circumstances.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place can’t make an order correct if there life depended on it. Almost every single time I go here they don’t put half my food in the bag add to that the rude people who work here. Don’t go here it’s awful!
