Visit 1, a quiet Tues nite, dine-in with a friend, Funghi pizza and salad and service were 5 stars – based on this visit alone I was recommending the restaurant to friends. Pizza was choc full of mushrooms and the crust was crispy. Visit 2, ate at the bar with friends on a Monday, food was good and service was helpful with wine but then slow. Visit 3, takeout squash al forno and fungi pizza. Squash was good. Pizza was nothing like my first visit, super greasy, soft crust, mostly mushroom pate and only about 4 whole mushrooms, not even 1 on each piece. Restaurant was fairly full when I picked up my food, but that shouldn’t matter, stop taking takout orders if you are too full then. Super disappointing, maybe 2 stars for the food. I won’t be recommending this restaurant anymore, sadly, and I will think twice about going again. Definitely won’t be doing takeout where you are stuck with what you get, even if it is not really good. Really sad because my first visit was so great and the second one pretty decent so the potential is there.

I definitely recommend. I just recently had reservations on Valentine’s Day. On the walk in this day they had complementary wine. My lady and I ordered off the prefix menu. Which was $55 a person. I originally wanted pizza but I had changed my mind and got the steak. If you’re in town stop by the atmosphere is wonderful.

Double Zero delivered an outstanding experience tonight. I have been coming here for many years, and the consistency continues to stand out. Kyra greeted us with real professionalism, and Tanner provided exceptional service throughout the evening. The food was excellent, prepared with care, and everything came out with perfect timing. This remains one of the best dining experiences in Atlanta.

So me and my wife dined on Valentine’s Day this year February 14th. I’m a chef and so is my wife so we expect the best when it comes to food. The food had great flavor but the presentation was very lacking. We ordered meatballs which were probably the best thing that came out presentation wise and food wise taste. We wanted a margarita pizza which the middle of our Margarita pizza was soggy and wet and then we ordered the bolognese which they proceeded to bring a ground pork and ground beef bolognese that look like hamburger helper. Very disappointed. Never had bolognaise like that and would not have it again.

We were craving some Italian so were happy to find Double Zero. The space is big and modern. The garlic knot is nothing like I’ve seen before – I’m used to old school garlic knots. This one was elevated and was loaded with garlic butter. Yum. The pizza fell short of the mark. The crust was kind of wet. I’m not sure if it needed a few more minutes in the over. The shrimp pasta was delicious and our favorite dish of the evening.

Our group of 6 ladies came in on a Monday night for my birthday. We did make a reservation and were seated right away. Our servers, Josh and Jack, were great! They were very attentive and professional. The food was amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed everything we ordered…. The garlic knot, pizza, mussels, ravioli, and veggies were delicious. The tiramisu was a stand out! We all agreed it was the best we’ve ever had! Great service + amazing food = a great birthday celebration! Looking forward to next time.

Loved it! Home-run spot. Though my pizza was a but salty but I think thats only because I added anchovies haha. The appetizers and desserts were phenomenal- think I liked them more than the pizza even. Service and cleanliness of everything also great. Do wish they had more options of pizza on the menu…
