Literally sat in the drive-through for 20 minutes. There were only two cars ahead of me got the food. It was cold. Didn’t even bother to put it in the microwave. The last three times I have been to this Burger King. It has been the same way definitely a checkmark and my places I don’t eat anymore.

Service was friendly even though they were short staffed. Night manager had a positive attitude, whopper was hot and fresh, onion rings were fresh. And my shake was awesome. I even got 2 fresh cookies for a dollar. Restaurant was clean, bathrooms were clean, even the parking lot was clean.

I made a very simple breakfast order and arrived to be told that they have no sausage and no hash browns ready. Well obviously I ordered the food and don’t mind waiting but it was obvious that they simply didn’t want to work at 6 am in the morning so they gave me a line of BS! I arrived at this establishment, and there were not many people there, there was a couple people in the drive-through, but that was it. I simply waited in line like the other customer in front of me. He ordered, got his food, and I still continued to stand there as the employees ignored me. I waited about 15 minutes before this woman acknowledged that I was standing there. She came over and asked what I would like, and then I proceeded to tell her, and she coughed and walked away, not even finishing my order. Once she came back I finished my order, paid her the money. And went to stand and wait for my food, I watched her as she continued to cough, and she coughed a couple times, and then she reached her hand into the food filled This person‘s order, touched it with her bare hands no gloves after she just proceeded to cough all over them and she put them in the bag and sent them on their way after about five more minutes of standing there she finally gave me my food. She forgot the drink so I had to go back and get it. I am very disappointed with my experience. I do not think that I will Be going to this establishment again it was very unprofessional how she proceeded to cough on her hands without covering her mouth and then proceed to touch food I personally think workers who are sick should be wearing gloves and masks and that is the only way they should work.

Went through the drive threw order 4 burgers 2 light on condiments 2 none and all four no tomatoes and a large frie. The burgers had tomatoes and did not get my large frie. When I asked for it the young lady had attitude and only gave me a 1/2 filled frie box. I feel like it these workers want more money they should take pride in what they do or at least respect the people who visit their place after employment.

So, I wen today to get the SpongeBob meal, it was just starting to get busy like 3 cars in front of me so i get it but, they brought me the wrong order , took long, and then when i was about to leave one of my items was missing. I was so tired of waiting i didnt even go back to claim it. Its always like this every time i go though but i love bk usually so i always try to give it a chance. Every time we order from here, especially when it’s through DoorDash, our order is never correct. They put sauce when I ask for no sauce, they don’t put toppings I pay extra for, or miss the toppings that should come on it already. Food is always made sloppily and isn’t really great. Unfortunately you can’t pick which BK your food comes from when ordering through the BK app, and not a single time has it been correct from this one. I would never order from here by choice.

I visited the Burger King in Belleview, Florida, after seeing online that they had a special deal on their original chicken sandwiches—something I absolutely love and only eat from Burger King. I decided to go through the drive-through to take advantage of the offer, but what happened was incredibly frustrating.
I ended up stuck two cars in front of me, with multiple cars behind me as well, and I sat in the line for over 20 minutes. No cars were moving at all—just sitting there in complete gridlock. I’ve never felt so claustrophobic, and it made me extremely uncomfortable. I honestly couldn’t understand what was causing the holdup.
If a customer has a large order or there’s an issue, the staff should ask them to pull around front and park so the order can be prepared and brought out. The drive-through is supposed to be quick and convenient, but this experience was anything but.
I did contact management later to express my frustration, and I truly hope they take steps to fix this issue so no other customer has to go through this same nightmare.
