Been coming here for several months now and am always impressed with how clean everything is and how friendly and helpful the staff are. Petra and Michelle have been great every visit. Now they have a new Adventure Zone, which was a hit with the kiddos (6 and 4). There are plenty of different types of games to keep everyone occupied, and the staff who maintain them keep them in good working order. Oh, and the pizza is delicious and made fresh there. Get the app, there’s always deals and coupons. I recommend this location to all!

Visited this location once almost two years ago, and this morning. It was very quiet as we arrived right at opening. The person making pizza needs an award because both times those pizzas have been DELICIOUS!

My wife and I were invited to celebrate our youngest grandchild’s one year birthday party. We hadn’t been to Chuck E Cheese since our children were little and didn’t know what to expect? Everything about the day exceeded our expectations. Our first impression was even positive as we walked up to the front of building which was nice & fresh. Upon walking in, we were immediately greeted by a staff member who checked us in and a very friendly and energetic person took us to our table for celebrating the birthday. Everything was set-up and ready for us at the table including all the arcade passes. The variety pizza was great and people seemed to like it. All through out the day, the staff was WONDERFUL and ACOMODATING to all of us! Thank you Chuck E Cheese staff for making us all feel special…we couldn’t ask for better first birthday party!

I have been coming to this location for over a year and my son enjoys it a lot from the games, prizes, Chuck E Cheese’s performances and interactions. The bathrooms have sometimes been under my expectations but not horrible.

Overall we usually enjoy our time at this location. The staff is very friendly & kind & helpful. However my toddler was pretty bummed we were there for 2 hours and didn’t get to see Chuck E even once 🙁

Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing visit. The Blaine Chuck E. Cheese was dirty, had an unpleasant smell, and felt poorly supervised. There were issues with kids bullying other kids, and staff didn’t step in. It didn’t feel safe or welcoming for younger children. We’ve had much better experiences at other locations and would not recommend this one.

We did a combined party for our 4 and 2 year old, and it was fantastic. We had some last-minute changes to our group numbers and orders (it was a huge group), and the staff was super friendly and helpful the whole time. They never made us feel like we were a burden at all, and they just really went the extra mile to help make it a great experience for everyone. We will definitely be going back!

Sadly, this location did not meet expectations at all. The Blaine Chuck E. Cheese was unclean, had a noticeable odor, and lacked proper supervision. There were situations where kids were being mean to other kids, and no staff intervened, which was upsetting to see. The atmosphere didn’t feel safe or comfortable for younger children. Based on our experience, we wouldn’t return and can’t recommend this location. A lot of race bating between blacks and white.

The staff are so patient and welcoming! The woman running the playground was so good with the kids. The girl running the prize area was really helpful and kind to my kids while they considered their choices. The young man at the front was very friendly and patient while I kept coming back for multiple orders. Two thumbs up!
