Saturday between 8:30-9:00. Placed a to go order. I pick up pay and tip. A childs pancake x2 cane with this icing, sprinkles, and whipped cream. the batter was DRY. This was pitiful for a bill that cost an arm and a leg. Sheesh this place has really declined.

I had stopped by Ihop because I had a craving for buttermilk chocolate chip pancakes.
As I entered the restaurant I was impressed instantly because standing behind the counter was a gentleman by the name of Chris who greeted me and started to chat it up with me.
I ordered the chicken/pancake special but I added chocolate chips to my pancakes.
My food was excellent. Service was excellent! I hope one day in the future I go back and see Chris now a server because he moved up the chain of employees.
I felt at ease waiting for my food to cook. The foyer area I sat in was clean. The bathroom I used was clean. Great experience all around.

They apparently are short staffed. Only a 1/4 of restaurant was occupied yet took more than 10 mins to be greeted by hostess and seated. Then once seated we waited 30 mins before the server brought us coffee. The attitudes of staff were very poor and when questioned I was told the manger had left them more than an hour ago and had not returned. The hostess herself couldn’t have been more useless. On the plus side once we received our food , an hour after being seated, it was good. So kudos to kitchen staff. As for the service staff they moved as slow as snails without a care in the world. Very disappointed. The grumbling of patrons at other tables , people looking for the waitress or staff and waiting on their own coffees was visible to everyone there. I’ve been here before and the service has always been somewhat slow but this was much much worse. Sorry we didn’t just walk out within the first 15 mins of being ignored. I doubt I’ll visit this location again. FYI I only tipped 10% but actually should’ve tipped zero but I tried to give some benefit of doubt to the server that her manager may be more to blame for the poor work environment.

It has been years since our last visit to IHOP. For a chain restaurant, we thought it was better than expected. Chicken fried steak was crispy, and everything was made fresh. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. Would definitely go back again. Coffee could have been a little better, considering it’s a breakfast joint.

I went there on a weekend and as usual ot gpt busy very quickly. Catching hold of my server got tricky because my order specifications were not met first time. Server was great and replaced the order. Good and tasty food. I recommend this place.

Food was typical IHOP however it 45 mins to receive our order. The restaurant was about half full but service was exceptionally slow for an I hop. the server was pleasant and kept apologizing for the delay. We ordered an omelette and a breakfast sandwich so nothing that would take that long to prepare

I have been here before and glad to see traffic has picked up. The waitress Kendall is really great and shows great patience to all the customers. Kendall got us everything we needed even though she is busy making sure everyone is attended to.

My party of 5 arrived behind a party of two. I mentioned this as they received, ate and left before my party received our food. When the food arrived it appeared to have sat under a heat lamp for a while. The server was very apologetic but that I was there to eat not here apologies. The only reason we waited was there were small children and we assumed it would take longer to go elsewhere and wait again. I’ve had mixed service here before but I would highly recommend going elsewhere.

Where we sat it was a little dirty on the divider but the waitress was really nice and made sure we were comfortable so we left her a nice tip overall.
